Pros: Nicely made anyway.

Cons: I think to most people, the capacity of a rice cooker is that how much rice it can cook. For example, a 10-cup rice cooker can cook 10 cups of rice. I was so shocked when I received this tiny little cooker. It seems that the total volume of the inside pot is 10 cup, and, measured by the cup they gave, which is way less than the normal "cup". Even so, the volume to its "max" line, is 7-8 cups. I feel really DECEIVED so I then looked at the return policy of newegg. It seems I will get almost nothing back after delivering such a large package back to them. Now I have to live with it. I've never felt so angry for a purchase before.

Overall Review: I will rethink very seriously next time I buy anything on newegg. I think they are responsible for the description of the product they sell.
