Liking it so far.
Pros: Well priced, enjoying better performance than my 1.6 ghz dual-core atom, or single core atom. 8GB memory, Openindiana [Solaris derived] using ZFS with 4 1TB WD Drives in RAIDz and a boot drive. Boots up fast, very happy. Tons of SATA ports, all 6Gb/s, not that you will ever get that speed without ssd.
Cons: No onboard RAID. Hopefully I didn't miss it somewhere, but I saw *no* options for software RAID in the BIOS. EFI BIOS isn't exactly a speed demon. No HDMI audio possible without 3rd party card. Two fan controllers, could have used 3-4 total.
Overall Review: Really enjoying the board, doesn't make any heat at all it seems
Works in Gigabyte I-RAM
Pros: Works in Gigabyte I-RAM, moved from 3GB to 4GB
Cons: More costly than DDR2?
Overall Review: Running windows profile and selected apps off of i-ram gives your computer a SSD-feel for many tasks. Mount the drive as a drive letter AND as the empty folder name of the user you're going to create.
