Pros: Small but has all of the power of the original. It is the original! Comes with a built in cable wrap-up strap when not in use. Shipping was fast considering it was free.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Overall Review: Better than the underpowered units advertising to be like the original but have less power. Get this original unit so you won't be disappointed with an under powered unit that overheats and burns up quickly.

Pros: The best thing about this system is very few wires. It was easy to set up. The system pairs the cameras to the receiver on its own. It also found my router signal once plugged in and guided me through setting that up through my router. Hardest part was mounting the cameras. Good quality Images and Night Vision. I can also still add two more cameras to the system if I need to. I love the built in monitor. I can be watching TV and don't have to interrup my viewing just to see if anything is going on outside. All signals from the cameras are actually going through my brick wall house. Amazing!

Cons: The owners manual is better than most that has been translated from Chinese into English but some parts are still poor. You also have got to find 110v electricity for each camera. I had to install one outside outlet 30 feet from the house. I read a lot of complaints about the app software. I really haven't had any major issues with it other than it can be slow loading.

Overall Review: I would recommend this system to friends and family. This is my third camera system and by far the best so far. To be fair it did cost more but given that is wireless, has a built in monitor, and can still accept two more cameras I think it was a good deal. I have not used the signal extender yet. If I get another camera to add I will probably need it I want to put a camera near my storage building. One thing to consider is that you will need to base your recording system near you router. The cord that comes with the system is short. I ended up running a 25ft router cord so I could put it on the shelf across from the router. I used the phone app to adjust the cameras angles so make sure you do that before you mount all of your cameras. It will make it a lot easier than having to run inside to view the camera. I gave it 5 eggs because I just don't have anything negative to say about this system. It has worked flawlessly and as advertised

Overall Review: The hard drive comes formatted but that is it. You will need a boot disk to get it going. The one at MS website would not work, went to local computer store and got one from them. NO Problems with the hard drive itself at all. Highly recommend!
