Sweet Cooler
Pros: This fan really pushes some sweet air. I've used it for two different HDs already and it even cools a problem HD (overheated in enclosure).
Cons: None
Overall Review: If you need a HD cooler, BUY THIS ONE!
3 Months and Out!
Pros: Quiet drive, good price, never had a problem with WD drives before.
Cons: 3 months and it died. It appears to be a loose or broken connection inside the drive itself. Too bad, it hurts WD's rep, at least with me. Off to Seagate for a SATA drive.
Overall Review: Normally, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a Western Digital hard drive to anyone. I would have to pause before I recommended one now. I understand that when you are mass producing THAT MANY hard drives, there is bound to be an issue or two on a few of them. It just sucks that it was one that I got and put into someone else's machine.
And.....Failure
Pros: The SD card worked in my Droid X, then in my Galaxy S3. It worked for about a year and 4 months. Good Speed. Lifetime warranty.
Cons: Died and would not format and could not be read.
Overall Review: I have had a lot of success with Kingston SD cards.
SMALL & Rock Solid
Pros: VERY small and rock solid. The rubber membrane outside is great for taking any punishment and they are great for the price. NewEgg....Rocks, as always.
Cons: N/A
Big HD
Pros: I use this as my backup storage drive in a liquid cooled system. I haven't had any problems and it seems to run nice and quiet.
Cons: None
Good HD
Pros: I use this HD in my main computer and it handles all the stress that I throw at it and stays cool. This was my first SATA Seagate and it has been good so far.
Cons: None
