Pray it never breaks2/27/2012 9:54:36 AM

Pros: Great physical feel which is highly modular and customizable. Highly sensitive and accurate sensor.

Cons: ZERO customer service. My left mouse button broke about 15 months in. The product carries a two-year warranty, which would be great if only I could get some sort of response from Mad Catz. They've yet to respond to my first ticket (which I opened 22 days ago) with anything more than a message which essentially said "Get back to us if you still need help." (This took them nine days to send.) I replied immediately that yes, I still need help with my mouse that, while expensive and nice when it works, is not capable of self-repairing mechanical failures. It has now been two weeks since I "renewed" my ticket with them and they still have not even replied. I guess it's time to start badgering them for a refund so that I can invest in a mouse from a more better company.

Pros: Simple to set up, switch to toggle ports on/off, decent price.

Cons: This is my first disappointment with a Rosewill product. Hub died in a little under 8 months, which seems better than some other people's experiences. Based on what I've read about their RMA process I'm not going to bother, particularly given the price of the product.

Pros: Perfect discs. Zero coasters, better-quality print than Memorex (my previous favorite) and you can print right to the center (hub-printable)!

Cons: They're not free, but you get what you pay for.

Overall Review: Buying my second pack now and Verbatim has earned my respect.
