Pros: easy installation, sony almost begs you to upgrade there hard drive in the manual.

Cons: none yet, not sure as to the issue of potential heat build up.

Overall Review: wish i had gotten the 200gb...while upgrading, why stop? i should have looked a little longer at the selection available and gone for the kill

Pros: bought specifically to upgrade my old ps3 that had a 160gb hd. system returned from sony repair on 12/4/2009, install this drive on 12/6/2009, system recognized and formatted without a problem. Actual formatted capacity under the PS3 OS is 596gb, with 529gb available following a bone-stock format under firmware 3.01....drive is totally silent.

Cons: at this point...none.

Overall Review: a little price, but the most bang you can get (i think)

Pros: i thought this was going to be a plug/play addition to my dell 8300 series...it was for about two hour till my nvidia video card decided that it did not have the proper driver installed for the monitor. the on screen prompts directed me to the nvidia web site. my hands were sweaty as i negotiated all this in safe mode (somewhat of a noob). i followed ALL the instructions and after about an hour the drivers were installed and all the setting were made. this is an incredible monitor. i saw one dead pixel that went away in five minutes (green pixel). i first used the blue ended cable the tried the hdmi cabel...this is what you want to use. overall this is the most bang for the buck. games, emulators, movies, internet all sparkle. highly recommended.

Overall Review: a real learning experience with worthwhile results.

Pros: dispalyed on an old mitsubishi 40 in crt the picture is beautiful. when viewed on my neighbors panasonic hd lcd it is beyond words. the gameplay is intuitive if you played the prior r&c's and easily adapted if you did not. this game will appeal to a cross section of demographs: shooter fans, platfrom fans, adventure fans. is it the perfect game...no. there is some ( not much) camera problems, but usually when you are in corners. i noticed no clipping. i recommend saving frequently. this is one game where the hype equals the reality. highly recommened for all ages.
