Great Extender

Rosewill RCAB-11007 – 15 Feet USB A Male to A Female Extension Cable - Black, Gold Plated Connectors
Rosewill RCAB-11007 – 15 Feet USB A Male to A Female Extension Cable - Black, Gold Plated Connectors

Pros: Unbelieveable long! You'll know you are getting a 15' USB extender, but it won't really hit you until you take it out of the package.

Cons: None at all.

Overall Review: A very cheap purchase for an amazing product.

Most Critical Review

Below expectation, but not terrible

Portable Mini HD Multimedia LED Projector For Home Cinema Theater - Black
Portable Mini HD Multimedia LED Projector For Home Cinema Theater - Black

Pros: -Extremely compact. The smallest projector I've ever seen. -HDMI. This should be a given since HDMI is pretty much the standard these days, but at such a cheap price, I would understand not having it. -Remote Control. Excellent idea. The only sour thing for me is that the IR sensor is located in the back of the chassis. When the back of the projector is against the wall, you'll need to put a mirror behind it or something if you are across the room.

Cons: -Dim lighting. In a 15x15 room with a 75 watt bulb, you can barely see the outline of the projector on the wall. This can make it difficult setting up your first time because adjusting all the picture settings except for focus is located in the projector's software. -Gets very warm. Of course it will get warm, but for not lighting much it seems like it should be a lot cooler. -Low Resolution Output. This project can read input resolutions up to full HD (1920x1080) but can only project a low SD resolution. (480x360). (Can display 4:3 or 16:9 ratio)

Overall Review: This was my first time purchasing a projector. I thought it would be fun to put a screen over one of my walls in my apartment. I noticed the price of the higher-end models, and decided to buy this cheaper model (On sale for $75) so I could truly experience it. Now, I'm already considering purchasing a new one in Full HD.

Incredible Case

RAIDMAX SMILODON ATX-612WBP Black 1.0mm SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Foldout MB Computer Case With 500W Power Supply
RAIDMAX SMILODON ATX-612WBP Black 1.0mm SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Foldout MB Computer Case With 500W Power Supply

Pros: -Fold down side panels for easy access -A ton of bay space for HDDs and optical drives -storage unit and compartment build into the inside-bottom of the case. This is used to store screws, cable ties, mounting brackets, pin extenders, etc. (Incredibly convenient!) -More fans than I've ever had! 2 large fans in the rear-top and the front-bottom along with two fans over the CPU and the PCI cards -Front panel cover. (See also in cons) -Blue LEDs on the front panel cover and one of the fans.

Cons: -The front panel cover IS a neat feature, however I have problems with mine. The primary one is walking by it when it's open and nearly damaging the door. I understand that is a user error and not necessarily a product flaw, but it is important to keep in mind if you are working in a small space. In addition, the front panel cover has a total of 5 LEDs on it. Two on the top and bottom which also run up the side through a clear tube and three running horizontally up the face. The absolute middle LED works occasionally. I'm not sure if it is a wiring/manufacturer issue or a user error, but it isn't enough to dock an egg for. It's just for show, and I'm the only one who sees it.

Overall Review: The power supply packaged with this chassis is nowhere near close to providing the power I need to run my rig. CPU: AMD A10-5800K Trinity Quad-Core 3.8GHz MB: ASUS A88X-PLUS FM2+ / FM2 AMD RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) VCard1: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 VCard2: NVIDIA GeForce 210 Optical: Samsung DVD Burner SATA USB Peripherals: MIDI Keyboard Controller & Audio-Technica Condenser Microphone Running this rig with a 630 Watt PSU, I still don't have enough power to run all of my fans and LEDs at the same time. Therefore, in my opinion, the 500W PSU bundled with this case is a joke.

The Simplest Tablet Stand Ever

APE CASE ACS711T Tablet Stand
APE CASE ACS711T Tablet Stand

Pros: -Simple, compact design; it came in a box that was surprisingly small. (See other thoughts) -Rubber "feet" on the underside to avoid moving around -5 different angled positions

Cons: -Somewhat flimsy. I would've hoped for sturdier construction, but it does it's job; holds my 1st generation ASUS Transformer TF-101

Overall Review: When I received the shipping package and opened it, I felt like I had been ripped off. The packaging for the stand was so incredibly compact I thought I had bought oversized playing cards. No joke. After opening the package and observed the product I realized the purchase was worth it.

Fingerprint reader

Security USB Biometric Fingerprint Reader Password Lock for Laptop PC Silver
Security USB Biometric Fingerprint Reader Password Lock for Laptop PC Silver

Pros: -Save time from entering email addresses and pass\words -Provides excellent security when logging on to your computer -Can assign web pages/programs/PC operations

Cons: -It is very light in weight and is prone to moving all over the place (I used Velcro and placed it within reach on my monitor)

Overall Review: If you are looking for superior security and ease of access, this is definitely a product to invest in.

Honestly, they are okay.

Cyber Acoustics CA-3090 9 Watts 2.1 3 Piece Flat Panel Design Subwoofer & Satellite Speaker System
Cyber Acoustics CA-3090 9 Watts 2.1 3 Piece Flat Panel Design Subwoofer & Satellite Speaker System

Pros: First off, let me say this set was given to my by an old roommate. I didn't purchase this set. It's affordable. If you just want sound to come out of your computer. This is for you. It has a woofer so it pushes out some lower frequencies too for a wider range of sound. The remote has an Aux in and a headphone port which is convenient. I've never seen that before.

Cons: If you are a music producer, like me. These speakers aren't the best. I don't know the frequency response on these, but my guess is it's quite low. Like I said in the cons, they just make sound come from your computer. The woofer's volume is in the back of the enclosure, so it makes it awkward to turn down the bass if your speaker is on the floor. Speaking of, I just took the cloth cover off my woofer today and the speaker is only 3" not 4". 1" of the "woofer" is a brace to keep the speaker attached to the enclosure. Kind of a let down. The remote is EXTREMELY sensitive!!! If you barely turn it up, you'll blow your ears out. This is also a problem if you are a desktop clutterer like me. If something brushes against it, you'll definitely wake yourself up.

Overall Review: When my roommate gave me this set. My last speakers had just got damaged and I had no speakers. He gave me these and they've lasted a good, long while. Still holding up nice and can take a beating. Since they were free, I figured I could give a completely honest opinion, not being butthurt by wasting my money.
