Broken on arrival Do not purchase!7/4/2021 9:57:25 AM

Overall Review: Terrible. I bought the computer 2 months ago and literally within 3 hours of playing (with the appropriate game drivers might I add!) it gave me a blue screen of death. I thought nothing of it as the new games and downloading of them and such may affect this but nope, that was only the beginning. From that day on it would crash every day or so or maybe multiple times in one day (Id play simple games like wizard101 or minecraft) now for the specs that it has yes of course it shouldnt run everything perfectly BUT its been crashing ever since I got it in my hands and now that I have tried to do a factory reset it gives me an install windows error and now I can no longer use the computer I paid so much money for. 0/10 would replace if possible but its not even an option. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
