Pros: No pros, because after owning the software for 5 days I am still unable to use it without an activation code.

Cons: Without the activation code the product is unusable.

Overall Review: Right after getting the software I sent Newegg an email letting them know the activation code was missing. They responded with a list of things they needed and the additional input that I could contact Corel directly for help. (They even supplied a link). I contacted Corel and after several days of back and forth I got an email telling me I needed to go back to Newegg. It's not their problem. 5 days later I'm right back where I started and waiting on Newegg to tell me what I need to do. (Which they're taking their sweet time about). I guess this is the last time I order anything at Newegg.
