Pros: Very Quiet Awesome Airflow

Overall Review: Bought this to add on cooling to my wifes mini ITX build. Video card was running hot due to inadequate cooling. Her video card was hitting 85° under load. after adding this fan in exhaust to dump the hot air out of the case I dropped to 72°. A 15° difference with one fan is great IMO.

Pros: Excellent board!!!

Cons: None other than the Keyboard and mouse Diagarms are backwords on my back plate(no biggie)

Overall Review: Had to flash Bios before windows would install(bios was from Oct 07.
