Pros: I got my product pretty quickly, but have not had a chance to put it into my case because I have the same issue as many others...I can't find RTX 3000 gpu. Beside that issue the cables look nice and solid. Can't wait to put everything together.

I made a mistake of ordering power supply for my first PC build without reading all the reviews about this seller. I am having the same issue as many others. My credit card was charged and week and a half later the shipping was still in "created shipping" label status. I emailed seller twice to get eta on power supply and I only received tracking number from the seller. I than proceeded to contact newegg customer service. Customer service emailed the seller, so I am at the waiting point. Seller has two business days to reply. Not sure what newegg will do about this? I put my PC build on hold for now until this is resolved.
