Pros: This memory does what it should. No more bogging when my virus scanner kicks on. The laptop (Dell) is running great now. Memory installed without issue. Shipping was quick.

Pros: I have just opened the box on this printer and I'm VERY happy with it. As the other reviewers mention, this is a very solid machine. The scanner works well, as does the copier. I have not had a chance to set up the networking at this time, but so far all is well. I calculated the cost per page and this printer with a high yield toner is less than a penny a page! Much less than the other printers I was comparing them against...

Cons: None so far! I had a Brother laser for the last two years, and it was great, but no duplexing. That one is going to my sister and is still going strong.

Overall Review: I did want to mention that this printer automatically duplexes. Some reviewers mentioned that it does not. If you have a multi-page document and you select duplexing from the printer properties, it comes out two sided from the printer without touching a page. I just wanted to make sure that was clearly noted as it was a concern of mine. Duplexing was the key reason I needed a new printer.
