Pros: Smooth finish. Ideally located ports. Doesnt require the power cable to have the blue led light up. Very sturdy and compact.

Overall Review: I dont know why this unit has received bad reviews. I love it so much I've ordered an additional one for work.

Pros: Looks good and seems well built. 2 of these made a cheap 8GB setup.

Cons: These run very hot, so hot that it's hard to touch them when they are running (not something I do everyday, but I'm trying to give you a sense of how hot they run). I've been getting poor performance compared to similar priced sets. I will have to OC to make these run at the mentioned cas latency.

Overall Review: These are in a abit IN9 32Max motherboard with dual 500Gb raid0, dual teaming nics, dual sli 8600GT's and a q66000. I was hoping that these offered better performance than they currently are, I feel like this is really holding my school computer back. I've ordered 8GB of the OCZ Reaper HPC edition memory in hopes of better performance.

Pros: They sound decent on high volumes. Can play lows decent.

Cons: It just doesnt sound as natural as I hoped for. I thought I could get the equalizer on the computer or tv to fix some of the sound problems with mids and highs but was not able. If I adjusted it so it sounded reasonable at low volume levels then when I did turn it up to louder levels it sounded bad. Also, the sub plays lows fine, but its muddy with kick drums. Very limited input options.

Overall Review: Price dropped 30 dollars after I bought it. I wish I had spent the extra money and purchased the Logitech z-5500 instead. I ordered a similar setup from boston acoustics to replace these.

Pros: Quiet, blue leds, multi speed fan.. what more could you want?

Cons: Highest fan setting makes it a bit loud, not really a con though, thats to be expected. Cables are a bit cluttery.

Overall Review: I like, wouldnt put it in a gaming machine, but it works well for my school computer.

Pros: Seems fast. Has a pure black bezel, with no buggery white/silver text thats normally on similar dvdrom bezels.

Cons: The unit makes a bit of noise when it closes, when the cd tray is almost in all the way and the lips snug up to the bezel.

Overall Review: Unit is quiet other than when closing, I wouldnt hesitate to purchase this again.

Pros: Small, maybe a little bigger than a 2.5 external enclosure. Was picked up fine with all my machines.

Cons: Can get pretty loud, if you are in class or public you might want to use cd/dvd-rom speed control software, to limit the rotational speeds. There was something rattling inside the device, I had to take the unit apart and there was a very small metal piece that fell out. I hope it wasnt very important, unit works fine none the less.

Overall Review: Good product, I'd but it again because I like its size.
