Pros: 1. Nice looking board. 2. BIOS front end is easy 3. OC is made simple (although I don't us it) 4. The backup BIOS saved the board a couple times.

Cons: I purchased two of these boards for home, and two similar MSI boards at work. All 4 boards do not like to return from sleep mode. So I decided to update BIOS on my home boards first. Both failed when I updated from BIOS 1.2 to 1.3. In both cases, I had to used the backup BIOS to recover and go back to 1.2. Then 1.4 released, so I tried that one both. It worked ok on a board that has a RAID 0. But my other system has RAID 10, which was completely obliterated when I flashed the BIOS. I had a backup, but that's just not cool Oh yeah, and the boards still don't come out of sleep mode.

Overall Review: I have used Intel boards for years, but recently tried Asus and MSI because Intel doesn't seem to stay ahead of the latest tech (with motherboards). Turns out I should have stuck with Intel boards. They actually validate their updates before releasing to public!
