Pros: Easy to install. Much faster and better range than my laptops built in wireless adapter.
Cons: It doesn't recognize my 5Ghz router or 5GHZ range extender. It does pick up the 2.4 ghz band.
Overall Review: It is faster but not as fast as it should be. I will contact customer support and update if we fix it.
Pros: Setup was easy..very easy. Works great.
Overall Review: Actually works throughout the house.
Pros: Sounds great, comfortable, awesome price, has a mute switch on the cable that makes it obvious if you are muted or not.
Pros: Still running not any hint of a problem.
Cons: I don't have an excuse to upgrade my computer
Overall Review: I have had this motherboard since 10/6/2011. It has not given me any trouble even after 2 CPU upgrades, 2 video card upgrades, several BIOS upgrades and at least 3 hard drive upgrades. I might try one more CPU upgrade. The only real negative is that they stopped upgrading the BIOS to accept newer AM3+ socket AMD CPUs. The best I can do is an 8350.
Pros: Beautiful bracelets
Cons: Crystals fall out!
Overall Review: After a week of gentle wear two crystals have fallen out. For the price I paid I don't feel too ripped off. But, be warned about these bracelets, the will fall apart quickly.
Pros: Good security without slowing down my PC
Cons: What they hide, very well I might add, is that you have to renew (that is buy again) your license for this every year.
Overall Review: It is bad enough that their antivirus software is included as bloat ware on new PCs and flash updates. They should clearly state that you have to renew your "license" every year. McAfee should be more upfront about this. I find it slimy of the company that they do their best not to let you know this until you install the software.
Pros: Works just like it promises. Very small.
Cons: None really.
Overall Review: I am not sure what I expected. It is tiny. It works well for night vision. Not really sure how I am going to use.
Pros: Powerful suction. Great design.
Cons: None that I have found
Overall Review: The best hand vac I have ever used. Very powerful suction. Easy to clean. Easy to store on the charging base. My only minor complaint is that they use the dam blue LED to indicate charging/charged. Too bright dude. tome it down.
Pros: They are comfortable shoes that are sneaker-like but do not look like sneakers. That is, I can wear them with corduroy or khakis and I do not stand out that I am wearing sneakers.
Cons: I have worn these for a total of maybe 18 hours over the past few weeks. I already noticed that some of the stitching (holds on a rubber bit on the back of the heal) on one shoe is coming undone. I can probably fix it with some shoe goop but the quality of the shoe assembly is not particularly high.
Overall Review: For the price I got them I do not regret the purchase. But, I would be very cautious about buying a full price pair of these shoes.
Pros: Seems to have done a great job finding and removing various crapware installed on my computer. Normally I am very careful about downloading and installing any software. Of course once I let my kids onto the computer....(I know do not give them admin privileges but it makes it a pain in the but the run Steam and other games). Anyway, Malwarebytes removed everything. The free version worked great. I got this version because it was on sale and it has the active blocking technology that prevents "stuff" my kids download from getting on the computer in the first place.
Cons: None so far.
Pros: A very nice addition ot our Xmas tree. Makes it seem more "alive".
Cons: If you turn off the lights for the night the blinking pattern reverts to rotating through all of the various modes. That is it doesn't save the last setting.
Pros: Compact and sturdy. USB cable wraps around the case in a little groove. Nice metal case gives a sturdy feel.
Cons: eSATA doesn't work well but USB 3 is blazin'
Overall Review: Love this little guy. Slipped in an older SSD and now have a great portable drive.
Pros: 256GB for a reasonable (for an SSD) price.
Cons: Not as fast as my 512GB drive but still better than any of my other HDs.
Overall Review: What I really appreciate about this SSD is its small size. Put it into a cheap external drive case and I have a fast an awesome portable drive .
Pros: This is an update to my previous review. Acronis was very relatively quick in fixing the "Ordered the Premium Version but got a standard version key" problem. 30 mins on a chat with Atul then a new code via email 3 hours later.
So far I have cloned my boot disk (a 128gb SSD to a 500GB ssd) and the new SSD booted without a problem. I also did a backup of all of my data (~750gb) and this worked well too.
I haven't tried anything fancy yet.
I am running Windows 7 64bit.
Cons: No real cons except for the code glitch. Seems like bad QC at some point in the chain. Frustrating but they did fix it.
Overall Review: Works much better than the built in windows backup system.
Pros: It is 4x bigger and over 2x faster than my Crucial C300.
Overall Review: Screaming fast drive 500GB SSD for less than 0.60 cents/GB ...awesome...Thank you Newegg....
Pros: Works and was fairly cheap for 4TB
Overall Review: I formatted it using GUID format and got 3.63 TB free space. Running on a Windows 7 x64 machine.
Pros: It works as advertised
Cons: No Cons yet.
Overall Review: I bought this to replace a DVD drive that wasn't working. At first this drive didn't work either. Then I switched the SATA channel for the drive and voila it worked. I am not sure why the SATA channel would matter. I guess the other drive probably still works too.
Pros: I can stream music from my Blackberry (via Pandora) to my car's audio system. Plus, I can use my BB's phone hands free.
The sound quality is excellent for me. Both for the phone and music.
Setup up is super simple.
Pros: Fast, cool and quiet.
Cons: None yet.
Overall Review: Not as noisey as some other reviews led me to believe. Including the 3 great games that came with it, it was an awesome card for the money.
Pros: Looks nice for a cubic zirconia
Cons: Chain looks very flimsy
Overall Review: For the discounted price, sixty-nine dollars, it seems worth it.
Pros: Easy to put on and AMD AM3 MB. It uses screws to hold down the tension clip. I didn't think I would like this but it worked well. It is quiet.
Cons: It only keeps the CPU a couple of degrees cooler (at the most) compared to the stock CPU cooler. The base that contacts the CPU is smaller than the CPU (Phenom II 970BE).
Overall Review: So, although it doesn't keep the CPU much cooler it is very quiet which is what I really wanted anyway. Newegg, as always, was fast and cheap.
Pros: It was cheap and had everything I needed on an mATX board.
Cons: I couldn't control the CPU Fan speed, or the CPU VID while in windows. I am used to using K10Stat or Phenom tweaker to undervolt/overvolt my Phenom II 940. I could change the multiplier but that is it. Plus, I could not get the sleep function to work properly. The computer would go to sleep and enter a coma that I could not wake it from. I had to reboot. When I switched back to an older gigabyte MB everything worked fine. So I blame the board BIOS. And yes, I had the most recent one.
I would be very hesitant to buy a Biostar board again.
Overall Review: In summary, the hardware was fine the BIOS was terrible.
Pros: Uses the USB 3.0 header on my MB (Sabertooth 990FX) and uses USB 3 for the card readers too.
Cons: No Firewire port.
Overall Review: A single cable to run the USB 3 port and the card readers is nice.
Pros: Adds some nice umphf to my system.
Pros: It is a cable and it works.
