Pros: Good price, and recognized by the macbook pro just fine.

Cons: With this module installed, even by itself, my macbook was crashing about 4 times a day. Reverting back to the apple supplied ram everything was ok. Maybe I just bought a bad stick, but I'm going to pay the extra to get Crucial's from Newegg now.
