Pros: Really like the capability of recording my actions inside the cabin as well in the event people lie and claim I was doing something I was not. These days you need a CYA policy when driving and this is it. You can also help others out if you witness an accident or event that is caught on camera. No problems so far and I also use their Akaso brand of sports cameras which are way less cost wise than the Go you know what brand.
Cons: None so far
Overall Review: I would recommend, but I have not tested all of the functionality and I am not certain I will. Dual recording and it works.
Pros: Performance for price
Overall Review: Turns out after a month or so my sons computer that I built with this processor stopped working with 2 memory slots in use. At first I thought either a memory problem or motherboard issue. Luckily I have lots of computers and parts from different AMD lines. I put an older 1300X processor in the same motherboard with two sticks of memory and it booted just fine. Placed the 3600 back in and it would just flash the Windows logo and keep resetting even when I tried to load a Windows 7 CD to try and boot to the CD, but for some reason with both sticks of memory in it would just reset over and over. Ran fine with one stick of memory, so I was approved for an RMA with AMD and received the replacement processor, installed and no more issues. AMD all the way, first processor I ever had go bad.
Pros: Inexpensive and looks nice. Great if you only want to use a single hard drive setup and strongly recommend M.2 or SSD 2.5" format.
Cons: Tool less hard drive bays are terrible. A regular hard drive does not fit as the cable connectors stick out too far and prevent the side of the case from properly being placed back on without causing pressure on the cable connectors.
Overall Review: Inexpensive and great for a very simple build. I am using it to in stall Ubuntu server so I can play and have fun with it. I have not had a chance to test every aspect of it, but I build a lot of computers. My entire family has custom computers I have built and this is just my opinion. There is no separator for the power supply to hide the cables like other gaming cases, so if this is not a problem for you, then it will work fine.
AMD Ryzen 3 1300x
MSI Tomahawk Plus B350
MSI ATI Radeon RX 570
16GB GSkill Fortis
Samsung 500GB 850 EVO
Rosewill 600W PSU
Multiple spare HD's trying to get them to fit.....
Pros: Cable management is good, layout is good, construction seems good, and the fans with the LED control system and the LED control button on the case work well. My sons loves his new computer I just built for him.
AMD 5 Ryzen 3600
ASRocks X370 Killer SLI/ac
ATI Radeom RX 580 8GB
16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB
Cons: None that I have found.
Overall Review: I am impressed with this case as I know Rosewill products can be hit or miss. Based on my son funding his own purchase and me helping him identify quality components for great prices, this just works and works well.
Pros: If the motherboard does not load bios with a 3rd Gen Ryzen 3600 or similar, I was able to get it to boot with a Ryzen 2nd Gen processor in order to update the Bios to 5.10 then to 5.50 in order to get Ryzen 3rd Gen processor to work.
Cons: Did not load bios with Ryzen 3rd Gen processor installed prior to updating the bios.
Overall Review: Only time will tell. I have built a lot of computers, so far so good.
Pros: Decent size drive with a good amount of space at a reasonable price, so I thought.
Cons: I removed the sata power plug and the plastic remained inside the power connecter and the pins are exposed on the hard driver SATA power port. I am able to connect it back carefully and utilize the hard drive as I already backed up a ton of data to it, but that is unheard of. Will be RMA'ing it as soon as I know my data is safe and I can erase this one and send it back.
Overall Review: Hard Drives have become so cheap and unpredictable these days. Manufacturer reached out and told me because the hard drive has physical damage it voids the warranty....... Are you kidding me? I have the piece that broke off stuck inside a power connector, it is not removable and that power connector is now unusable, and is defective from poor manufacturing, and now I have to suffer?
Pros: I have been building and supporting computers since 1996, this board met all the needs for an easy install and good modern day performance for a reasonable price.
Cons: None yet.
Overall Review: It is hard to provide reviews even after just a few months of use, but so far this board has met all of my expectations. It has plenty more to give but I am not in need of the overclocking for my 9 year old son. My son loves playing Ark with all of the Dinosaurs, he can finally run it without issues. (Warframe, Destiny 2, Minecraft, WoW, FortNite, Ark, and more.)
1050 Ti 2GB
Razer Gaming Headset
Pros: Cool looking, price....
Cons: Slippery in the hand, stopped working after a couple months. The Sensor no longer works, the computer no longer recognizes the mouse, and for awhile before it stopped working it would randomly hang.
Overall Review: You get what you pay for
Cons: Let it sit for close to a year, when I connected it up smoke came out of it and it fried. Garbage!!
Pros: It works amazing. Luckily I am very tech savvy and have played around with the different firmwares, but it plays my 1080p AVI files I throw at it flawlessly from just a network shared folder. My family watches Netflix and listens to Pandora on it routinely without any issues. If you are having issues, try a different firmware, and try using it wired vs. wireless as a test. It is possible your wireless network/router has issues. Try 2.4Ghz if you have a problem with the 5Ghz band. 5Ghz has a much smaller range than 2.4Ghz.
Cons: I did not find it sooner.
Overall Review: Buy it and read up on it on the web and do some research, it is well worth it. Many features and apps I don't even care to use.
Pros: Great Price, large screen
Cons: 1 HDMI input
Overall Review: I do not own this tv, but I thought about buying it while it was on sale, I want to give everyone a headsup that this tv only has 1 HDMI input. If that 1 input goes bad, you are out of luck. Beware!
Pros: Cheap, Browse the internet, did I say cheap?
Cons: Cannot watch Netflix using this device. The wireless card is so poor and the device so slow that you will have audio that does not match the video shortly into every video I watch. It is not my wireless router because my whole entire house runs on wireless and this is the only device with issues.
Overall Review: Save your money, supposedly the Asus Transformer has really good reviews and is inexpensive. This is just an expensive web browser as it cannot handle anything else.
Pros: Hot Swap SATA, Tool-less(works great), Cable Management, Price(Rebate), Fit Liquid Cooler(Corsair H100i).
Overall Review: Wish I could upload a picture or two to show you, but I had to get this case to fit my Corsair H100i liquid cooling. My previous case was just too tight to fit the radiator+dual fans. I am really going to like the external Hot Swap Sata if it works, but I have not tested it yet. Everything is just very easy to work with and I have built many systems and have reapired 100's of them. The case was designed with liquid cooling in mind and I found the mounting of it to fit like a glove with perfect alignment of screw holes and all.
AMD FX 8350
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
Patriot Viper Extreme 16GB 1600Mhz
Samsung 840 Series 120GB SSD x 2
WIN 7 Premium 64bit
Pros: Solid construction, seems to be of great quality, quiet as it can be, great price.
Cons: I did not order it sooner.
Overall Review: Great PSU, don't buy it for a top of the line system cause it will not generate the right output, but for a mid range system it is an awesome PSU. It was very professionally wrapped and is a sturdy well designed PSU. I may have to buy all Rosewill products moving forward if this is the care they take with all of their products.
Pros: Great Deal, small, 16GB, and they were delivered the next day.
Overall Review: I ordered these for work because I was sick of using one 16GB Flash Drive, now I have two of these bad boys for work. I am an IT Technician so I use them a lot and makes easier then having to always format, delete, reimage, repair, move back, etc... They are fairly small and fit right on my key chain.
Pros: Price and output
Cons: none so far
Overall Review: I am not into overclocking anymore so I haven't pushed this psu, but for a single vid system I convert videos while I run 2 session's of WOW sometimes and stream music with outlook open and I don't have any issues. 4 Gig's of RAM on Vista 64 bit Dual Core 2.66Ghz with ATI 2600XT.
Pros: Already had 2Gig of this, but my 4Gig of crucial was really acting up in my main pc so I swapped out the Kingston with the Crucial and had to double the meory since I refuse to run with anything less than 4Gig total. Since placing the Kingston memory in my system, it is much more stable. Don't forget to make sure you have the voltage set to 2.2 or your performace may very well suffer.
Cons: I did not switch out my memory sooner, I had nothing but problems with my Crucial memory blue screening my pc. Ever since switching to the Kingston I have had only one issue and it was from an application not memory. I have even replaced my crucial memory several times due to defective modules in a twin pair, I can only guess that the issues were related to incompatability with my motherboard.
Pros: Keeps the kids busy while on the road, at dinner, just about anywhere you can think of they need to be quiet.
Cons: Newer versions(3000) are not easily cracked yet.
Pros: Price, size, HD
Cons: Wasn't bigger
Overall Review: I got a smokin deal on this, couldn't pass it up. I only buy things when it's a deal, turned out to be a great buy.
Pros: Single Player, Head to Head, tons of fun, inexpensive
Overall Review: Both kids got a PSP for christmas and I got them both a copy of this game to play against each other, they love it. 8 and 5 and they are always on it.
Pros: Price, cooling, performance/capacity, connections, craftmanship
Cons: I did not buy one sooner....
Overall Review: Pick your own drive and install it. Using a WD Black 640Gig and a Seagate 200+Gig and so far it's great. Giving the smaller drive to my mom so she can back up her laptop. Owned a WD My book for quite sometime but it is having issues with bad sectors.
I like how I can swap out drives whenever I want, upgrade, and still keep the old drive and place it in my tower if I want to. Very easy to install, Vista and XP detected right away. I just hope the quality lives up to the durability of this product.
Pros: Quality, versatility, time saver.
Cons: I did not buy one sooner.
Overall Review: If you work on computers at all, this is a must have. Quickly save data, format hd, or even backup an hd, just make sure it is a formated drive and dont expect it to read a drive from a RAID array(FYI).
Pros: Price, Received it next day!
Cons: black spot about the size of a dime in lower right corner, seems to have flickering light in some seens, not sure if it is something with the scene or an issue with the tv.
Overall Review: I really thought I might like it for the price, but I do have the $150 to spend on a different tv so I am going to return it and buy something else. Newegg lived up to their end of the bargain as always.
I have a 42" Samsung Plasma 720p as my main tv, was not expecting the same picture and performance, but while watching a movie I was very annoyed by the issues I pointed out. Overall picture was not bad, hooked it up to analog cable, component, and hdmi. HDMI was from an upconvert DVD player and it was pretty good.
Unfortunately due to the flickering in some lights and the black spot in the bottom corner, it's not worth the $150 to me.
Pros: Inexpensive, 4GB, I bought 2.
Cons: It wasn't 16GB :)
Overall Review: Are there such things as Unicorns?
Pros: Great features, good price.
Cons: Where to start, I did not buy from Newegg, but a good local retailer. I am on my 2nd set of this phone in about 3-4weeks and both sets have experienced the same issues like clock work.
Continually loses connection to the base, battery life is horrible, and after about 1.5 weeks when talking to people they say it sounds like I am on a cell phone with bad reception and they cannot understand me.
Overall Review: Maybe I was unlucky and got 2 phones from a bad batch. I love the features this phone has but it is not working for me.
