Great for small hands

Razer Orbweaver Gaming Keypad
Razer Orbweaver Gaming Keypad

Pros: The size of it is extreme customizable, I like the green, love the synapse software and cloud, the thumb rest/space bar is really light so my thumb doesn't get sore, tons of buttons with combinations, works great with ElvUI for WoW, the feel of the material is really nice and never gets old, fits my 10 year old's sized hands (REALLY TINY HANDS), and it immediately felt like home. My 7 month old baby will get ahold of it occasionally and it still looks and feels like its brand new (I've had it for 10 months). It puts up with baby slobber, falls, baby trying to rip out the cord, and baby trying to rip buttons off (I play on the couch with a laptop so it's always on my lap). No scuffs, discolorations, no mechanical malfunctions, no software issues, no ingame issues. It's a beast.

Cons: Nothing overly huge, but I'll list them in order from most annoying to least annoying: The sound of the mechanical buttons (1-20). It's not incredibly loud, but everyone in the house knows when I push a button. The price. It could be cheaper imo, but I have no major complaints so I feel it's well worth the investment. The color/brightness settings. The color is only green and I wish I had more of a true sliding scale of the brightness instead of preset options of 3-4 choices. It also pulses which isn't a con but its annoying that I can't change the speed. The cord isn't braided. I wished the wrist rest was just a teeny bit softer. It feels as forgiving as rubber covered cement. Plus the edge of it isn't tapered much and with the hard angle it hurts my arm depending on the angle. The edge should have been made more rounded because of this. It would be a huge bonus if there were two side buttons instead of just one at the top of the thumb area. Right now I have the button set to shift but it would be nice to me if I could have another for esc or ctrl just so it's one button less that I have to use the keyboard for.

Overall Review: The small annoyances aside, I really love this thing. I went from a normal wireless laptop mouse and keyboard to the laptop mouse and the orbweaver and I never use my keyboard except for typing anymore. I've never had a single issue with the software or the orbweaver itself. My boyfriend has the older nostromo and while he loves it, it was way too big and spread out for my hands, so I was pleasantly surprised that something with more buttons actually works better for my hand size. It also can fit his macho sized hands with no problems. I've never tried to make macros with it so I'm not sure how well that goes but if you're playing WoW and like to have access to not only your rotation but your buffs, mounts, items, and debuffs I HIGHLY recommend the orbweaver.
