Wintec AMPO 1GB DDR 400 (PC 3200) Desktop Memory Model 3AMD1400-1GB-R
Wintec AMPO 1GB DDR 400 (PC 3200) Desktop Memory Model 3AMD1400-1GB-R

Pros: Its good for just getting a computer to run and thats why i bought it. Works for me!

Cons: Its not ddr2 or super fast. (none)

Overall Review: if you looking to just get a computer to work this is the ram for you. im going to couple this, AMD 3400+, asus a8v-vm se with a, 8800 gts 320 in a week or two. i think it should perform decently. i had the 3200 chip in a similar board wi 1g of memory with an x850xt about 1.5 years ago and it ran oblivion nicely! can't wait to get the new Card with this stuff!!!!

ASUS A8V-VM SE 939 VIA K8M890 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS A8V-VM SE 939 VIA K8M890 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: This board so far seems to work prettt decently, i got the AMD 3400+ bundled with this and everything loads quick and runs fine.

Cons: i can't run my monitor at 1280x1024 unless its on 16 bit mode. and who likes 16 bit mode? it doesn't look as cool. i tried to run 32 bit but all i got was lines flickering everywhere. good thing im planning on getting a Radeon 1950xt to put in, don't see any reason why that wouldn't work.

Overall Review: If you're a poor college student like me and just have to satisfy your craving for computer building, this is a good board to use, but if your planning to do any gaming at all, (or anything that involves color)GET A GRAPHICS CARD!!!

Great!

Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Laptop Memory Model CT2KIT51264BC1067

Pros: Crucial Memory has always worked when others have not... Went into my Macbook Pro 6,2 perfectly. Now i can run maya and it won't slow my computer down a bit! This Rawks! It was also an unbelievable deal at $39

Cons: None

Seagate Momentus 7200.3 ST9320421AS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Notebook Hard Drive Bare Drive
Seagate Momentus 7200.3 ST9320421AS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Notebook Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: you have to realize that when a computer detects a hard drive it reads a gigabyte as 1024 MB and not 1000. the manufacturer displays a gigabyte as 1000 MB to make it sound better. i think also that depending on what type of format you format the hard drive, the size differs a little bit. my 160GB hd in my macbook formats to 149.1 GB so there you go that's why your hard drives don't format to EXACTLY 320GB or what ever.

Cons: none

Seagate ST3500631NS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive Bare Drive
Seagate ST3500631NS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: great hard drive and it works just like a hard drive should; it stores your file structure.

Cons: not enough idiots have bought it

Overall Review: OEM hardware ALWAYS comes with nothing other the the piece of hardware itself. That is the way it ALWAYS is. there it's spelled out for you.

Ok now

ASUS A8V-VM SE 939 VIA K8M890 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS A8V-VM SE 939 VIA K8M890 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: this board is a great byuy for the money. i game and everything on it (8800gts) great value

Cons: a bit glitchy sometimes and requires a restart every day to ensure proper working.

Overall Review: i left a reveiw a while back about this board and it was relly negative. since then the came out with BIOS updates that fixed all the issues that i was having. the game don't crash anymore and the PCIe 1X Wireless G Card doen't stop work now! Sweet! yay for BIOS updates! (BTW even with this mobo and a xp 3400+ and 1.25 g or ram, Oblivion still get 25-45 FPS on average![with the 8800 gts of course])
