This Card Ownz.
Pros: Very overclocking friendly, power efficient, built in vapor-x cooler is even better than before. Its been a long wait, but its finally here! Im glad I held out for the Toxic. Way to go Sapphire!! ATI is back on top!
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: cant wait till prices go down so I can crossfire these bad boyz. Ownage!!!!!
Decent
Pros: Overclocks to 3.4Ghz on stock voltage. I upgraded from q6600 Overclocked @ 3Ghz. Stays cooler. Definitely increases benchmark scores and such, but real world performance difference still leaves much to be desired, This is because many programs are still not yet designed to take advantage of quad core capabilities, although more are being updated to do so all the time.
Cons: First chip I got had 1 stuck temp sensor, which is quite common among new 45nm chips, but I was not aware of at the time {Nor were many other people, Now its pretty much common knowledge.} so I RMA'd it. My replacement came with 3 stuck temp sensors. Lame! I dont know why some chips only have 1 stuck sensor and others can have up to 3 but Im led to believe this is because of a lack of quality control in Intels factory's.
Overall Review: other than that, Im happy with my upgrade. wish i could have bought it at the price its at now instead of $315 but meh... sensors become unstuck after reaching about 40C or so. but still. I think alot of trouble could have been saved if intel found a way around this by fixing it before releasing the product.
Good Ram
Pros: Plugged in to my DFI Lanparty UT P35, and works just fine. came with a case badge too.
Cons: doesnt have as much overclocking support as OCZ.
Awesome hard drive
Pros: Noticeably faster than your typical 7200 RPM hard drive, If you want the next step up in performance, This is what you wanna get, especially if you have a Core 2 Quad, or even a Core 2 duo. Your HDD will no longer be the bottleneck of your setup. Plus its got 300 gigs now which makes having a 10,000 rpm hard drive worth having. {sorry to all that bought 74 Gig, and 124 gig raptors <=P }
Cons: Still a little pricey, but with the way SSD's are coming along, {slower than any other evolving product in the cpu industry right now} this is still the better choice for gamers, enthusiasts, and power users.
Overall Review: I really wish the price on these things would go down, so that way I could buy another one, but I still got room on my first so I'll live I guess...heh

Pros: No problems runs well. for the money its an excellent buy.
Cons: none yet.
