Great Monitor
Pros: Bright non-reflective screen and lots of real estate.
Cons: A pain to unpack but I guess that means it was packaged VERY well!
Overall Review: I have two of these sitting on my desk that replaced two Dell 2405's that I paid somewhere around 800.00 a piece for when they first came out. These are sooooo much nicer! They are comparatively lighter, much brighter and faster. The adjustments on these to me, are much more intuitive than the older Dells but that may just be me as I really haven't had to use them all that much. They came out of the box just about perfectly matched to each other. As far as dependability goes, I purchased these on 1/10/16, and have had zero problems with them. I do everything from stock trading to gaming on them and quite a bit of both. The monitors run a good 12hrs a day and sometimes more. I don't think that for what I paid for them I could have made a better purchase.
The Worst!
Pros: The physical design is perfect.
Cons: Have gone through 7 of these things in the last year, each time with the same button problem of not being able to select text or drag windows. Gaming is next to impossible. Logitech keeps sending replacements, all of which fail after 3 months. I can set my watch to it. I've tried them on several different computers, all with the same problem. I thought that the switches were getting dirty and dis-assembled one only to find out that they are sealed switches. The more thought I gave to it, and many discussions with colleagues, the only conclusion I can come up with is a problem with the chips that they are using. I might ad that I have had simular problems with the Logitech G13 keyboard and have a friend that has un-ending connection problems with a set of Logitech USB headphones. Quality control I believe, has really taken a nose-dive.
Overall Review: Not saying that I will never buy from Logitech again, the older products were outstanding, but at this point I want something that works dependably, so I will go somewhere else.
Great Memory
Pros: Bought this in a combo from Newegg with the MSI 990FXA-GD65V2 AM3+ AMD 990FX. I was very leery about buying either as I've always been an ASUS fan and had 2 seperate MSI boards go bad on me years ago. Great memory-it's done everything I've asked of it with ZERO problems! Very quick and NO hiccups. Overclocks great either manually or with the MSI BIOS with no problems.
Cons: Heat spreaders IMO makes it look cheap. They are funtional but I think they could have done a better job with the graphics. I know, I know big issue....I'll live with it and probably buy more!
Overall Review: If it doesn't screw up then there's nothing to gripe about.
Quick Fix
Pros: Does what it's supposed to. Due to HD prices, had to find a HD for the desktop that was reasonable. Found a laptop drive and put it in this adapter. Works for me!
Cons: I makes the cable hookups in the back a littlte difficult to get to when installed. Just hook your cables to the drive before putting it into the case.
Overall Review: Thinking about changing all my drives to this setup.
Update
Pros: Update from previous post. First card DOA and NE RMA'd it with no problem. Just took an additional 2 weeks to show. New one fired up right out of the box without a problem. Great card! Games run like they should-maxed out! Multiple monitors are GREAT!
Cons: Watch your quality control NewEgg... This box had been into before. (dust on the card, seals broken etc.) It cost me $14.00 shipping and 2 weeks wait for YOUR mistake! :-( !!! This is not the first time either....
Overall Review: See above.
