Pros: Well made mount, finish is excellent, overall a nice mount for the money compared to other mounts.
Cons: Dont use the screws that come with the mount. They packaged plain wood screws that are a little short, I had to order a vesa 200 x 200 adapter plate as it was not included with the mount and my Sharp 37" LCD requires the larger mount even though they advertise this mount to work with up to a 40" LCD. The screws used to mount the end of the arm to the adapter plate looks like the screws use to hold the arms on my eyeglasses together. Even with 4 of these it scared me that my new TV would end up busting these screws and crash to the floor. I redrilled the plate to accept 3/8" grade #8 machine screws larger nuts on the back of the adapter plate. Had to also drill larger holes thru the adapter plate to allow the factory screws to hold the plate onto the TV. Now I can sleep at night!
Overall Review: Why didn't Premeir do this mod to make the mountpoint stronger?
Pros: Raid built into unit, does not require a card to be installed in pc, so this unit can be plugged into a single esata port on a laptop, or onto a router that supports usb 3.0 and raid functions on both the 2 ports even on the usb port!
Cons: Documentation Sucks! Does not explain much about the unit, but how much can you say on 1 sheet of paper....... just baskics
Overall Review: Unit is better than I expected!!! I can use either the built in usb 3.0 port to access or the single esata port! Also, they do not explain that the unit auto shuts off if you do not have an active connection using the usb or esata. It was very simple to setup.... Install your drives, set your raid level, (this was covered on instructions) and then unit shuts down. IF using raid level 0,1,3,5,or 10 it may take some time for unit to build the raid drive, but IT DOES NOT FORMAT!!!!! You need after it builds the raid, connect to computer, and use disc partition finish setting up the drives! Thats it.
Pros: Easy to setup as this is my background. Works as expected, Pan/Tilt works great as does the Night Vision out to about 35 feet! I set these up using wired connection and then in the config turned on wifi and these camera's work great! The drivers worked fine without problems.
Cons: Better Software Server Software can be found on Zmodo website. Documentation can be better translated and surprised they have not done so with a quick start instructions. Wish these had zoom! But for the price they cant be beat! Focus Ring is not documented but is on the outside of the lens almost looks like a gear!
Overall Review: Hope that NEWEGG offers more Zmodo products soon! For anyone having problems, these setup very much like D-Link webcams.
Pros: Works as advertised! Processor temps dropped 15c from the garbage cooler that came with the AMD processor!
Cons: It is huge! I have a full sized case, and almost did'nt need to put the locking clips on as with the side cover installed, it put some pressure on the cooler and holds it in place!
Overall Review: None other than its too big to use in a desktop case
