GOOD PRODUCT
Pros: it does it's job just like the expensive ones. it erases fast re-writes no problem.have not had a problem with any of the discs yet..
Cons: none so far
3D?WHERE?WHO?
Pros: This is my 3rd ASUS monitor.my first 3d.great screen,in 2d. Asus also make the best motherboards i ever came across.i build computers.i worked with all brands.but let me tell you,i have an old computer with windows 98,i've literately seen pieces falling off of that asus motherboard, diodes and such, and the darn thing still starts and works....
Cons: Like others,i kept delaying setting up the 3d feature for later...and later..but hey, when and how the heck is it gonna work,no game(Battlefield 3,Batman: Arkham City,L.A. Noire) nor bluray_using TotalMedia Theatre 6_(LIFE OF PI 3D,RESIDENT EVIL RETRIBUTION 3D,MEN IN BLACK 3 3D) would work in 3d(using LITE-ON IHBS112-04),while,using the same (playerTotalMedia Theatre 6) i got my 3d panasonic tv hooked up to the same video card,GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) version 311.06,3d works flawlessly.nvidia control panel 3d keeps failing.my system is a 7 ultimate,12 gigs of memory,i7 960,and EVGA 131-GT-E767-TR for motherboard.
Overall Review: With this price i should have gotten a monitor with a Display Port, and forgot about 3d on the computer.i have the ASUS MS236H and it still works great.and the ASUS VH236H which broke after my kid threw a plastic toy towards it it hit the middle of the screen and shattered the pixels on the inside(i'm still hoping it will work again someday,on it's own, lol). and this one here, which is just as good in quality, but where is the 3d?!. oh..and t he 2d to 3d option, makes a difference, you'll see things double!
Refurbished: DELL Laptop E6420 Intel Core i5 2520M
Pros: It's an average laptop worth the money i paid for it,if it was not for the battery and the exhausted shape!
Cons: I was waiting to receive the rebate check to leave a review as i applied for it the day i received the computer, dumb me!! I thought all refurbished are like that.i never had a refurbished laptop before. I received the laptop totally beat up,dents all over, the front of it was like the computer had fallen and it broke but was never put together right as the right and left sides are not even!! one side is sticking up! the other is normal. The battery died so quick and i started getting messages to get a new battery on the first week!! now it functions using the adapter only.
Overall Review: The refurbishment is to grade F quality and i'm being nice.i took photos of it out of the box i'll show them to whoever has doubts in my review. the first day we got it we got a pop up to upgrade to WINDOWS 10 if desired..we did that but it never worked, it kept getting corrupted somewhere during the process.
good counterfit
Pros: package and all is just like the original
Cons: The arms on the frame are not "bowed" enough to keep the glasses on the face like the original.they fall off my face when I bend forward,or move my head quick!! therefor they're useless. I know the difference cause my wife bought the same model from Macy's and they stick to the face, not like these.
Overall Review: I contacted the seller about this issue and i'm still waiting for a reply it's been 2 months.
beautiful fan
Pros: nice bright colors. variety of nice color combinations.
Cons: where to keep the switch?inside the case? outside? i bought 2. 1 of them you have to press 2 times for every color to change.
Overall Review: i hooked it up directly to the psu (meaning no speed/noise control) working at full speed,it still quite and awesome looking
nice red color
Pros: nice red color.looks nice.
Cons: after wasting a few hours mounting 2 of these on my Corsair H110 radiator(replacing the original corsair 140mm which were quieter with more air flow but no led),one occasionally blinks and when stable it's dimmer than the other. can't control the speed/noise with 3pin plugs. you have to purchase a "fan speed control" for that.that's what the industry requires i guess..what a joke
Overall Review: is it worth it paying $16 for the package to send it back for RMA? why don't you test your product before packaging
