Rosewill's over the air antenna is worth a look. Newegg & Rosewill - Another Hit !11/20/2017 4:28:44 PM

Pros: Rosewill's 15004 increased the amount/ improved the quality of the over the air channels I was previously able to receive. I purchased 2 to experiment with placement in different locations and was pleased with the quality of the reception that the 15004's were able to provide. I cut my Cable 2-3 years ago and had already been using a competitors product also purchased here (costing twice the price), yet these surprised me by delivering very similar performance. (Again, for half the cost).

Cons: No con's - rather "Tips" ... You may complain about the quality of the cable, the connector, or, packaging, etc. Easy fix; problem solved. (Read below). Hint: go online, check your local area to find best placement location as well as a list of all available stations in your area.

Overall Review: A simple suggestion to those buyers complaining about difficulty in mounting or packaging. I carefully opened my 2 15004's, removed any labels and instruction/placement literature contained therein. I cut around the bottom to accommodate connection of the included cable and used good quality clear tape to seal around all 4 sides. Next, using 1-2 feet of twine, I tied 1 end to the opening at the top of the packaging (normally used for hanging during store display , etc.) Placed each as high up on my window while keeping clear of any window frame allows the antenna the clearest line of transmission and should yield the best reception possible for your area. With this setup on 2 different windows, I can pick up most, if not all my local over the air channels with good to excellent reception.

Metal design looks nice, but, needs a redesign (read below).11/19/2017 5:44:14 PM

Pros: Metal design looks nice, but, needs a redesign (read below).

Cons: The Metal Case design although durable, shorted out both USB 2.0 ports in my Fractal Design R5's front panel. This caused the internal contacts on the FlashDrives to melt and burned away. The melted internal plastic holder sleeves further damaged the drives. I was forced to change out the USB ports and now have a few useless data travelers with unretrievable data on them since they were rendered useless by the shortages. Kingston, I really liked this design for it's sturdy look and feel. The All Metal Exterior is flawed in that it causes short circuits in ports/drives. Please consider revising the design or dropping it altogether since it can damage crucial system components.

Overall Review: These were great drives until they accidentally shorted out my ports and died.

Pros: Metal design looks nice, but, needs a redesign (read below).

HUGE improvement over stock or downward firing fans.12/20/2016 11:28:16 PM

Pros: Height, dual fan design (more about this below), and versatile mounting options. I selected this cooling option because I refused to remove the Tall (Cooling) Fins my Ram came with. Of course, I could have gone with a lower cost Cooler Master Product, i.e.. the Hyper 212, but once I read the spec sheet on this Cooler, I was sold. The design allows easy removal of the Fans and Heat Sink for cleaning and maintenance . It is very Tall, so make sure your case can accommodate it. Included is a Y connector so both Fans work at same speed if your Motherboard has a fan speed control option. The higher price shouldn't sway you from purchasing this cooling option. The unit's height and dual fan design will do their job well while keeping harmful heat away from your motherboard and other valuable components. An immense improvement from stock fan or downward firing fans.

Cons: (Updated 12/21/2016} Both Fans Died an had to be replaced with Noctua NF-B9 redux because the Cooler Masters were causing my CPU to overheat and were making a terribly annoying sound when they did run.

Overall Review: The Hyper 92 provides more CPU cooling using an offset Fan, Push-Pull design. 1 Fan pulls cool air towards the heat sink (meant to dissipate said heat away) from your CPU, while the 2nd fan completes the task by pushing the remaining air away from your Heat Sink thus, they work as one and increase cooling efficiency overall.

Cons: None that I could find.

Overall Review: I would gladly purchase this drive again, in higher capacity (if available).

No indicator light; systems do not readily see recognize drive.12/20/2016 11:17:45 PM

Pros: PROblematic

Cons: Difficulty being recognized by older USB 2.0 slots. When it does function, it is extremely slow in transferring data to and from drive, Work the same way in Linux, Windows, and MacOS. UNACCEPTABLE !

Overall Review: It should include an Led to show that the drive is connected and working.

Not the same quality as previous models sold here.12/20/2016 11:08:59 PM

Pros: They look like the real BDU.

Cons: Product appeared to be factory seconds, irregular, plenty of loose threads, unfinished. Material very thin and coloring inconsistent.

Overall Review: If you are looking for a paper-thin cap, these will work for you.

Center Lamp is Not an actual Cree as advertised.12/20/2016 10:52:26 PM

Pros: Very bright (at first). The 2 smaller (side) lamps are actual Cree Leds.

Cons: The Large Center light is not an actual CREE, It is in fact a LatticeBright branded Led which produces a high light output, and causes the batteries to quickly lose power after 20 minutes of continuous use. The Headlamp does not offer lower lighting power settings, (lower output) which would probably extend battery life.

Overall Review: Although this product has been discontinued, there are many similar offerings which share the same essential design, and, are probably the same unit rebranded or from the same manufacturing plant.

"Thank You" to NewEgg/Rosewill for providing us with this great little case at such a low price.9/22/2016 3:48:15 AM

Pros: Nice front panel, great paint job, a light sturdy Steel case. Plenty of possibility in Rosewill's Line-M. Here is what you get in the front panel - USB 2 & 3 (2 Each) - Headphone Out, Mic In - Good sized power button, smaller reset button closeby. The blue Power Led is bright enough but not overly bright. These are all arranged neatly in a straight line. Above these there is room for 2 Optical Drives and a card reader. The mid to lower portion of the front panel features a generous mesh that allows the front panel fan to cool your components. Rear panel layout is laid out equally well. Top side power supply mount - mid level motherboard mount places major connections in an easily accessible location while also placing an exhaust fan adjacent to your CPU fan. Lower rear panel offer 5 slots with kickout plates for your GPU. A narrow vented ridge lines up with the GPU slots for air intake and venting. The internal layout should accommodate most mATX motherboards while leaving room for your storage drives and other components. The 4 gaskets on the bottom plate are an excellent touch and give this tiny case a Semi-Pro feel ! (More info below, please read).

Cons: OTHERS have had issues with the Line-M. I addressed these so-called issues (Below) and offer possible solutions where applicable. Remember NewEggers THIS IS A $30 case, keep in mind all the possible changes you can make to customize it to your individual liking.

Overall Review: There is a lot of confusion about the Line-M. The issue of cable management is of primary concern for many. Consider that you will probably NOT be using ANY Optical Drives and maybe not utilizing the smaller, lower bay below the Optical Bay area for a card reader, etc. This area could be repurposed and used for Cable Management. If the front panel fan is too bright or flashy for your taste, you can swap the rear panel and front panel fans until you can buy something better suited to your needs/tastes. The front panel cables and controls are another area where their quality comes into question. Although quite functional, these can also be changed out at a later date if/when required or needed. The plastics, rubber and metals used in this build are comparable to products costing about twice the price. Overall, the Line-M makes a good presentation. keeps your components safe and cool, looks good in any game room or office with 1-2 simple changes. The lightweight Steel panels are well-cut, formed, vented and nicely painted. The Line-M feels sturdy, stands solidly, looks good from every angle and doesn't break the bank ! I'd like to say "Thank You" to NewEgg/Rosewill for providing us with this great little case, so many features (and possibilities), all at such a low price. I can only imagine what a Rosewill" Line-M2" or a "Line-MA" would look like !

I would recommend this single drive Docking Station.9/21/2016 6:08:29 AM

Pros: USB3.0 = faster transfer speed. Accepts SSD as well as 3.5 standard drives. Power On/Off switch is good for saving power and protecting usable life of products. Reasonably priced, handy, and very well designed. A must-have item if you work with multiple drives.

Cons: No complaints about this product.

Overall Review: I would recommend this single drive Docking Station.

Update: Disappointed by Constant Overheat Issues due to inferior VRM's ...8/18/2016 9:18:30 AM

Pros: Update: after contacting ASrock a few months ago and receiving a Bios Rom Chip, the Motherboard continues to smell like there is something is burning inside my Fractal Design R5 Case. I am currently running 5 Fractal Design's 140mm Fans (2 in front panel as pull, 1 at the side panel as pull to cool the Motherboard, and, 1 at top panel center position as push and 1 at rear of case as push). The fans work so well that the smell fills the room where the PC is kept and this is unacceptable if you want to gain a following ASRock !

Cons: (1) Motherboard smelled like it was burning from First Boot. A 140mm Case Fan Blowing Directly on the VRM makes the burning smell even more noticeable. REASON: This Motherboard uses inferior VRM Mosfets connected to make it run within stated tolerances. During Gaming, Chronic Shutdown issues due to Constant Overheating. (2) Cannot get XMP to run on this board. I am using G.SKILL TridentX Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) (3) An Internal Sata Connector conflicts with the rear eSata port limiting use to an either/or setup. THIS IS DOCUMENTED IN THE MANUAL BUT NEVER MENTIONED BEFORE PURCHASE.

Overall Review: This is my first ASRock motherboard. It was purchased to set up SLI and Gaming. I was undecided about what my "verdict" would be as far as How Many Eggs score, etc. After playing around with it for 8 months, I am very much disappointed and have decided that ASrock's Z77 Exteme4 could never fully deliver as advertised. Again, in less than a year, I would gladly go back to my previous motherboard, a GA-Z77N-WIFI if it could run SLI. NOTE: The same VRM parts and design are also employed in the Extreme6. Inferior components from Last Gen Technology hidden under a nice looking HeatSink Cover.

Right Sized & right-priced !4/9/2016 3:21:59 PM

Pros: I chose Samsung's 850 EVO 500GB SSD because of the dependability, sheer speed of file transfer rates of their drives. 500GB makes it a great choice for those who choose to have everything in one place. Your Operating System response time is super quick and you have equally fast access to all of your installed programs or games, etc. It also works well as a secondary drive to store large files you use on a regular basis. Samsung does an excellent job at delivering professional quality Solid State Drives and their included Samsung Magician Software Disc allows you to get every bit of speed, takes care of Firmware Updates and allows you to see how your drive is functioning. I'm running an 840 Pro 256GB, and 3 850 Evo 120's in 1 case and have yet to notice the slightest lag between the EVOs and the PRO model. The EVO 120GB is great for those on a tight budget. The EVO 250GB is an even better bargain if you're willing to spend a few dollars more, but, the EVO 500GB is very reasonably priced costing less than the price of 2 EVO 250GB SSDs here at Newegg . In a "price per GB comparison", and where more storage space is required; the SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 500GB is the way to go !

Cons: (NOT "Cons"): Keep in mind that: No Sata Cable, screws or other mounting hardware are included. This means: No bracket; again, NO MOUNTING hardware included. This is Samsung's standard packaging methodology. Please, keep this in mind if you intend to purchase the EVO (or any of Samsung's SSDs) and must use any of the above mentioned items. There are ALL SOLD SEPARATELY.

Overall Review: 500GB capacity is a great middle-ground storage choice which allows for many options. Partition it in 2 or even 3 and use 2 partitions for a dual boot (2 O.S.) setup, and , leave a partition for storage (or Image Backups of both Operating Systems) with still room for your important file backups/storage.

Versatile PC speakers well suited for use in gaming, playing your music and watching online videos.4/6/2016 12:33:47 AM

Pros: They were quite simple to set up (5 minutes total time from unpacking to removing my old pair and setting up these). The tone control with the center indent is great for tuning sound to your taste without having to look at the controls . The top ported design for Bass accentuates the low frequencies making the T10 sound far bigger and more expensive than they really are. Very low priced, not boomy once set to your particular source material. Even tough they are an older set from Creative, I chose the T10's for their dual driver design, power handling, and smooth frequency response across the board. Tested with various media, they always sounded neutral, yet bigger in sound than what you'd for a PC Stereo Speaker set at this price point. They may be dated by today's gamers, youtubes, and the like, yet they still offer plenty of quality sound form cabinets so small, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better sounding unit at this level.

Cons: I have to get used to the 2 buttons, power/ volume and the bass/treble buttons being so closely spaced to gether since I find myself throwing the settings off once I have them set to my taste.

Overall Review: I would definitely recommend the T10's to anyone looking for a moderately priced 2.0 PC Speaker Set. You could expect to pay upwards of 2-3 times the price for sound like this elsewhere. Newegg comes through with another HIT, in my book !

Moderately priced and well built.12/21/2015 6:29:17 AM

Pros: Purchased to upgrade an aging Dual Core system. I was impressed with how Corsair included many of the cable connections usually found on many of their more expensive PSU's. This kit allowed me to add a mid level GPU to my build since the needed connectors were included. Even though it is Plus Bronze Rated, Corsair packs plenty of Punch, quality features, and value into this moderately priced unit. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an effective power supply upgrade, or as a first purchase starter build's foundation.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I am currently running the CX500 in an older build that many would consider a throw away. With the CX500 as a foundation, I was able to install a mid level 2Gb powered GPU, 8 Gb of ram, and SSD and other up to date components, The CX500 is a good workhorse of a PSU and puts out the rated Power without a problem. Having owned a higher end Corsair PSU for a few years, I was thoroughly impressed by the CX500's performance and quality build in such a low priced unit.

Better than using stock (downward firing) fans.12/21/2015 6:04:59 AM

Pros: Overall height of the unit and the 3 direct Heat pipes ensure that your CPU stays cool under heavy use. I purchased the TX3 to revive and older build, and, the TX3 was the best option for my needs. The installation kit included the needed hardware for my Intel CPU but also offered options for some AMD models. Single High 2,800 RPM Fan is powerful yet very energy efficient when properly set to vary according to CPU Temp. The height was a contributing factor in my choosing the TX3 because it towers over the motherboard and sends heat straight out of the back of my Case. Ease of installation: up and running in minimal time.I would buy this item again.

Cons: No probles about this purchase.

Overall Review: If you are considering a quality, cost-effective upgrade to your stock CPU cooler, consider the TX3. The feature set and design far outweigh the purchase price.

It not only looks good, but offer plenty ...12/20/2015 4:58:35 PM

Pros: I chose the R5 because of: overall design, both externally and internally. From it's sturdy front panel which can be removed to open from either side, to its' vented air intakes on either side of the front panel, the R5 is quite a bit of kit. I opted for the solid Black windowless (Solid) side panel Model because it allows fan placement via a removable insulated cover on the panel. The cooling options are almost endless with this case. The top has 3 removable panels which can accommodate a HUGE water cooling system or 3 fans if you prefer to go that route. Front and bottom removable filters are included. Both are a well designed and are a welcome addition. (Read below for more info).

Cons: None that I could find.

Overall Review: Cable management has never been this easy ! Fractal Branded Velcro straps and plenty of ample rubberized grommets included to organize cables and give your build that Pro look. The area behind the motherboard panel holds 2 SSD's and also hides cables. The optical and hard drive cages are removable but can also be placed in other location within the case if you're Water Cooling using the front or top panels. At this price point, the R5 is unbeatable ! The internal damping material makes the case whisper quiet. It not only looks good, but offer plenty of setup options to the end user.

The Stock Fan for your Fractal design R5.12/20/2015 4:18:33 PM

Pros: Whisper quiet at full speed of 1,000 Rpm. The R5 Case includes 2 so I purchased and addition 3 to increase airflow (both intake & exhaust). Fan fins/blades designed to push/pull more air through your case (even at lower speeds). I am now running 5 of these in my R5, and, even while gaming for extended periods using an SLI configuration, the internal temperatures remain at safe levels. (Please, read below).

Cons: No complaints about this product.

Overall Review: I installed 5 GP-14's in my Fractal Design R5 case; 2 in front to pull (filtered) air in, 1 on the side panel to push hot air out from dual GPU's, 1 at the removable center lid (on Top) to push heated air away from the CPU, and finally, 1 on the rear panel to also push hot air out from the case. Again, the GP-14 limit is 1,000 Rpms, but if properly placed, can keep all of the components within your case relatively cool and your build safe.

A quality Thermal Paste that works well and doesn't break the bank !12/20/2015 3:50:36 PM

Pros: Reasonably priced (when compared to similar products). I purchased 2 tubes to have an extra on hand. Very easy to work with and apply. Withstood extended high temps without drying out and cracking or flaking during an 18 hour Bench Test. Will probably continue buying this paste as it has become my new favorite !

Cons: No complaints.

Overall Review: The package provides a great description of what the Thermal Paste can do. Deepcool Z9 3g doesn't disappoint !

My Advice: "Get a few of these" ...11/19/2015 4:21:22 PM

Pros: Sturdy interlocking latches provide a solid lock for all drives, motherboards and other components. Straight line design makes it easy for working in most tight spaces. The length of these cables makes impossible connections possible. Get a few of these, they're well-made and can come in handy if you're working with a large case where short cable simply will not work.

Cons: None that I could find.

Overall Review: The need for longer SATA cables is something essential if you are using a large case and your ports and drives cannot connect using shorter length cables. I purchased 8 to have extras handy.

Handy general purpose military styled cap.11/18/2015 10:49:15 AM

Pros: Handy general purpose military styled cap. This cover has 2 eyelets on each side for ventilation located near the adjustable headband which stays locked once you've adjusted the fit to your taste. Classic design, never outdated. Keeps the Dust/Sun/Rain/Snow away from your eyes.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I came across these Covers (hats) and was somewhat surprised to find them here at Newegg. They are great to have around the house if you have to suddenly run out. I picked up 2 since they were priced right.

Very practical case design for you LG phone.11/18/2015 10:31:36 AM

Pros: Firm flexible grip with an external secondary solid exoskeleton to keep your phone free from bumps and dents. The case is actually a 2 part kit. The Silicone (great for absorbing, dampening shocks), and, the solid Hard Poly X shaped clamp-on which adds rigidity to the case and keeps the Gel layer locked in place.

Cons: None that I could find.

Overall Review: I had previously looked at this case when I picked up the LG phone but did not purchase it right away. After dropping my phone once, I decided to buy this case. I realized once I actually had the case in hand, that, I could have saved the phone from damage had I purchased it sooner.

Great in size and overall design.11/18/2015 10:17:52 AM

Pros: The sheer size and internal storage space of this toolbox is well suited for most tools with room to spare. The toolbox has a Pro-quality locking mechanism and textured handle providing a non-slip grip and compliment the design and overall sturdy feel of this build.

Cons: See below ...

Overall Review: The removable upper caddy (handled inner tray) is a great feature to keep your most often used tools readily accessible, but, it does not lock into the toolbox; it just rests there. Although it is very functional and handy, it would have been better to have some type of simple interlocking mechanism (like the main lock in front of the box) to keep the tray from shifting around and falling into the lower compartment. I gave this toolbox 5 Eggs regardless of the tray.

This little keyboard is worth buying !11/17/2015 8:10:46 PM

Pros: Space saving keyboard with full sized keys plus an excellent flexible cover included to protect it from everything. It is USB 2.0 and easily recognized by Windows 7 (plug and play). Auto installs so you won't have to worry about drivers, etc. In a few seconds, I was typing on it with no problems. The keys have a nice feel to them and are designed for smooth response. The slant is built in so you won't have to ever worry about broken risers/feet.

Cons: None that I could find.

Overall Review: I am very pleased with this unit. The size, design, and the flexible keyboard cover are very functional. All of these features are what prompted me to select this product. I would definitely recommend this keyboard; 5 Eggs, of course !

A Time Tested, Proven & Reliable "Oldie"11/16/2015 4:14:52 PM

Pros: The MX518 tracks so precisely that it can suit the needs of any Graphic Designer, Video Editor or Gamer. I personally chose the MX518 because I've owned 1 for years and it still works like new after many hours of use. There have been many updated versions and some revisions with improved DPI; Bluetooth, but, I chose to stay with this model because it has already proven itself to be a reliable, albeit wired option that can still hold its' own against many current-gen. models.

Cons: Not really a "Con"; only to remind my fellow Neweggers that this is strictly a Right Handed Gaming Mouse.

Overall Review: This is my 2nd MX518, but, the 1st unit I actually purchased. My1st MX518 was received as a gift a very long time ago. I never paid much mind to it until I started gaming on my PC and needed a sturdy, reliable wired mouse to precisely navigate game menus, etc.Curious about the unit, I downloaded the corresponding software from the Manufacturer's website and was happy to discover how much customization it offered. I should mention that the 1st MX518 from a few years back is still working well and has never failed. It is huge by today's standards, and, some may say that there are better products available at Newegg. The MX518 works and works quite well.

Exceptionally Versatile Mouse Mat.11/16/2015 9:14:44 AM

Pros: There is plenty of "Tech" under that Matte Black "Skin" !Carefully thought-out design. The smooth, yet firm upper surface texture is the perfect combination for any optical mouse. The thin design is complimented with a semi dense layer of non-slip material on the tread side. Plenty of Real Estate to suit: Graphics Designers, Video Editors and Gamers alike !

Cons: None

Overall Review: There are many reviewers here at Newegg who state that this Mat is "overpriced" They say "No, I don't need a fancy bag or any stickers/badges and it you omit these; you could dramatically cut the price on this Great Mat". That may be a good argument if you were looking at/for a lesser product, but, the Destructor 2 is quite frankly, worth every cent. Also, that "fancy bag" is a must have when you go to LAN parties and NEED TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT.
