Nice!
Pros: Basic install went without a hitch.
Cons: I always want more info on security settings. D-Link is no better or worse than any other but I spend more time fiddling with security issues than i care to.
Overall Review: Usually a Netgear man but this card is fine so far. The low price and free shipping made it hard to pass up.
Good Card--Weak Antenna
Pros: simple installation (I'm using windows 2000 pro) works fine with my netgear router I was up and running in about 20 minutes.
Cons: the antenna is the weak link here. cable is way too short--18 inches is all you get
Overall Review: this card is ok out of the box. price point is on target. a better antenna would have gotten it a 5 rating. overall i'm satisfied.
Fun and Affordable
Pros: bundle saves you 20 bucks and you get a game that is great fun right in the box. my 13 yo daughter really liked the white color. she uses it to watch dvds when not playing games.
Cons: ok, ps2 is 8 or 9 years old -- you won't be getting cutting edge technology. graphics are good but will look a little aged compared to the latest generation systems.
Overall Review: with ps2 you won't get the latest and greatest but what you will get is the most hardware and games for your money.
Still nice.
Pros: Works fine right out of the box. Gets along great with my Netgear router. I always get 90-100% signal strength and quality. We have a small single story home so distance and obstructions are at a minimum.
Cons: Configuration software is a bit frustrating. Had trouble setting up profiles.
Overall Review: This card has been up and running for a couple of weeks now and I am very satisfied. As I mentioned, it was compatible with my Netgear and after a little studying, I have the security features configured just as I wanted.
