Worth every penny and then some.

APIDA 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model AMX10ALNMSH-P2
APIDA 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model AMX10ALNMSH-P2

Pros: I popped it right in, it recognized it as DDR800. What more can you ask for?

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I'm not big on overclocking memory, so I have not and will not try overclocking this memory. It is cheap and it runs at the factory default beautifully. I give it the highest recommendations if that is what you're looking for in memory. The system I built with it: AMD Athlon X2 5200+ 2.6 Dual Core, 2 Gigs Apida DDR800, Sapphire Radeon X1950XT, Seagate Barricuda 250 MB SATA 3.0GB/S HD, Asus 18x DVD Burner with Lightscribe, GIGABYTE GA-MA69VM-S2 Socket AM2 Motherboard, OKIA 550w Power Supply, and the XION Solaris XON-403 computer case.

3 hours of awesomeness!

Scythe DFS123812-3000 "ULTRA KAZE" 120 x 38 mm Case Fan
Scythe DFS123812-3000 "ULTRA KAZE" 120 x 38 mm Case Fan

Pros: Worked fantastically while it was running. Moved a lot of air. Lowered the idle temp on my processor 5-8 degrees Celsius. Load temps even more. Appears to be sturdy construction.

Cons: Stopped working after 3 hours. Too expensive for a paperweight.

Overall Review: It is so gigantic and it runs so quickly that I have a feeling that it wore it's little heart out too fast. My recommendation: DONT USE THIS FAN WITHOUT A FAN SPEED CONTROLLER. Unfortunately, they didn't include that in the directions so I'm left with a 13 dollar paperweight. I would RMA but they estimate shipping at 10 dollars, so I'd say Newegg and scythe can split the one egg I gave this item in half.

Best 1070 on the market right now

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support ATX Video Card GV-N1070G1 GAMING-8GD R2
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support ATX Video Card GV-N1070G1 GAMING-8GD R2

Pros: -Insane boost clock - gets up to 2050 out of the box with the Gigabyte software in OC mode -Quiet - I don't hear a peep through my case -Cool - Hasn't gotten above 65 degrees C (1080p resolution mainly Fallout 4 in OC mode, and also during Firestrike) -Performance is out of this world. I am bottlenecked by my CPU right now but even so, it is 3x faster than my GTX 570 that was in it, and without the bottleneck it stands to be about 6x faster. -VR Ready. Even with my FX-6100 processor I meet the minimum VR requirements on Firestrike. -Simple switch between Normal, Gaming, and OC modes.

Cons: -Software does not work properly - I can set the 3 different modes with it (which is the most useful part) but I am unable to manage the LEDs with it. They have released an update but it will not install properly. -Fan encasing feels like cheap plastic.

Overall Review: I was going to mark it down to 4 eggs because the software is so bad but I couldn't because I am willing to chalk it up to my old hardware - a 970 chipset MoBo. And, comparing it to the clocks of the other available 1070s out there now, there is no way this shouldn't be a 5 egg card. Without question - get it if you are looking for a 1070 and can manage to find it in stock.

Works great!

Cons: None

Overall Review: It does exactly what you would expect it to after 1.5 years. Great adapter.

Worked well for a year...

TP-Link TL-WR1043N 450 Mbps Wireless N Gigabit Router
TP-Link TL-WR1043N 450 Mbps Wireless N Gigabit Router

Pros: Rarely dropped signal. Maintained promised speeds. Wired connections still work great.

Cons: Started randomly dropping wireless connections a few months ago and now the latency for any wireless connection is through the roof. Tried messing with the settings and resetting to factory defaults to no avail.

Overall Review: I expect routers to last in the 3-4 year range. This one only made it 1.5 years so it only gets 2 eggs. Dont take this as a slam on TP Link though because their wireless adapter I bought at the same time is still working fantastically.

Amazing...before it stopped working

Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930 with 7.1 Surround Sound, Wireless Headphones with Microphone
Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930 with 7.1 Surround Sound, Wireless Headphones with Microphone

Pros: The sound quality, both input from the microphone and output from the speakers, is phenomenal. The battery life is relatively decent with about 5-6 hours of continual use per charge. It comes with a long cord to plug it in. Absolutely no connectivity issues whatsoever ranging up to 20 feet through a wall. THREE YEAR WARRANTY.

Cons: It just stopped charging after a year and a half. Thats the only problem I have with these but it makes the headphones useless because they wont even hold a charge while plugged in. I have contacted logitech customer support and they were extremely fast and professional. Because I am still within the warranty they will replace the headset. It should be here in a week or so.

Overall Review: Do not underestimate the three year warranty on these. If you are hesitant on whether to spend so much on a pair of headphones because of any of the negative reviews on these - just remember the warranty. Buy with confidence in Logitech.
