Pros: Exceeded by expectations for an office computer. For a cheap CPU this machine runs everything perfectly.
Pros: Board worked perfect with an e6550 and 4 gigs of kingston ram.
Cons: None. Everything works perfect.
Pros: Quick post. Simple bios. Works right out of the box with an i3 2120.
Cons: NO GIGABIT NIC!! gah! What board doesnt have gigabit nic now?! My fault for not reading more but its not worth returning it for this, however It is very much worth deducting a star. Also...if you use a BIG dual slot VGA card, you lose 2 sata ports due to the placement.
Overall Review: Over all for 29.99.......the cons are not enough to justify spending 40 bucks more on a better layout/board. Great board for this price
Pros: Great looks, good speeds and worked perfect right out of the package
Pros: Fast Quiet and not DOA
Cons: 1 year warranty is weak. Most drives have a 3 year.
Pros: Running this cooler on an i5 2500k.
Cons: Can be tricky to install. A 3rd hand wouldnt hurt
Overall Review: I have not overclocked the cpu. Idles at 22c...havent seen it break 50c. BF3 keeps it around 45c after hours of playing
Pros: Fast CPU. Running this with a
MSI P67A-G43 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
and COOLER MASTER Hyper N 520 RR-920-N520-GP 92mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Intel Core i7 compatible.
Fast, Cool and rock solid.
Cons: my lack of motivation to overclock.
Overall Review: The CPU runs fantastic without overclocking. I hope i find the ambition to overclock this to what people have claimed its capable of. The CPU with the COOLER MASTER cooler idles at 22c and maxes out after 3 or 4 hours of BF3 at about 45c. Great cooler for 30 bucks.
Pros: Fast CPU. I do not plan on trying to overclock with this CPU. Its fast enough to run everything I throw at it at the stock speeds. Even with the stock heatsink, it idles at 27-30c and after 3 hours of OCCT it wont break 59c. Seems respectable for a gimpy stock intel cooler.
Cons: I heard its not easy to overclock. I havent tried.
Pros: Works right out of the box. No settings needed to be changed in the BIOS. Post is fast. Bios is a GUI interface
Cons: Limited USB on the back. Connections for rear speakers and sub are also missing.
Overall Review: Overall great board. Running an i5-2400 CPU not overclocked and will probably not even try. 8 Gigs of GSkill 1600 Ram and a gtx 460
Pros: Runs great. Very cool at 3500Mhz. Idles around 23c and full load will not breat 45c. I am using a 120mm Xigmatek cooler. No issues at all in BF3 using a HD 5870.
Overall Review: Nice stock clock rate. I have overclocked this CPU to 4Ghz but I didnt notice a difference in framerate in games. All Games have 60Fps with VSync on.
Overall Review: Not a big ran of recertified drives but this one worked without an issue. No brain decicision seeing as the price of drives are thru the roof right now.
Pros: Works great with G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600.
Using a q6600 @3Ghz stock voltages across the board
Cons: Board limitation of 1333 on the ram but i knew this before purchasing.
Overall Review: Great board. Nice layout of the sata connections. PCIE 2 slot cards do not block the connectors
Pros: Works perfect in
ASUS P5G41T-M LX LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
It will only run at 1333 due to board limitations but downclocked automatically.
Overall Review: Ran memtest for 12 hours. Passed 11 of 11 times
Pros: I have been purchsing windows 7 for over a year now. Never had an issue with programs or games. This OS makes old computers seem new again....expecially if you are coming from a windows vista machine
Overall Review: Grab a few of these if you are a system builder when they are on sale for 79.99 and its a steal
Pros: Works just fine. Was a cheap solution to replace a dead board. Only had to change memory settings and was rdy to install windows
Cons: Only 2 SATA ports. Definitally a con if you want this as a HTPC board or run more than one hdd with a dvd
Overall Review: Smallest board i have ever used. I am not overclocking or doing anything crazy on this board...just a simple replacement board for a web browsing machine.
Pros: Ripped 8 movies the day I got the drive. Works perfect. Actually quite fast as well. Each movie was about 25 gigs (ISO) Took roughly 30 minutes a peice
Cons: As many people have said...some of these drives have no software included...this was one. Not sure if it was the ASUS brand but reading reviews it seems that the software is a hit and miss with each OEM package.
Overall Review: Phenom ii x4 955 stock settings
4 Gigs GSkill DDR2 @ 1066
2 x Samsung F3 1 TB drives
1 x Seagate 250 (Boot)
PNY GTX 460 1024
Pros: Very cheap and it came with a powersupply
Cons: Case materials are very very cheap. The case will bend if you pick it up without the side panel on.
With the side panel on and tightened there was still a gap at the front of the case where the side panel meets the front of the comptuer.
The powersupply only puts out 8amps on the 12v rail...very weak. Emits a high pitch whistle while running. Could be because it is to weak for the Phenom ii X4 840..i dunno
Overall Review: used this for a client build....i would have returned the case if it was for myself.
Pros: Worked at specified timings out of the box.
Overall Review: GSkill....brand of choice if you want to avoid RMA's
head spreaders may conflict with some aftermarket cpu coolers.
Pros: replacement for the samsung ide that i purchased 2 days prior.
Overall Review: never had an issue with lite-on. should have chosen this in the first place.
Pros: Worked fine once in windows. .
Cons: Would not boot from a burned cd. It was not the CD. My lite-on SATA worked just perfect.
Overall Review: had to return
Pros: Great build quality. Cable Management is always a plus, black inside, bottom mounted powersupply, easy mounting for harddrives and dvd roms, top mounted audio and usb ports. All around a fantastic case
Overall Review: Buying this case with the bundle is even better. Saves you about 30 bucks if you want a rosewell powersupply.
Pros: Great quality. Purchased as a spare but my 550watt bfg-gs550 died 3 days after i received this one. I didnt think this supply would be able to power my system but it does a fantastic job. Mesh on the cables is great. More than enough connections. 2 strings of SATA cables is a huge plus
Cons: Not black like the rest of the case
Overall Review: Phenom ii x4 820 @ 3200mhz
4 gigs DDR1066
ESC Black 780-
PNY GTX460 OC
4 x 500 Gig WD Blue's
Pros: Fantastic build quality. Modular makes for a clean and organized case and install. Fan is absolutly silent.
Cons: Wish it was black to match the case. Not really a con since there is no window on the case.
Overall Review: Probably one of the heaviest powersupplys I have purchased.
Pros: Works perfect in a latitude d620.
Overall Review: No cute sticker like the desktop GSkill comes with :-p
Pros: The card had great potential. Build quality was nice and the fan was actually very quiet. The card benched fantastic and ran games such as BF2BC and Just Cause 2 fine
Cons: Ended up returning the card because the drivers were trash. Some games ran flawless, other games had poor frame rates.(RIFT and MAFIA2) Wether it was the game that didnt like ATI or the drivers that were horrid...I ended up trading this in for the Gigabyte GTX 560TI SOC (amazing card). Like I said...i beleive it was just the drivers but I would sometimes get lines across the screen in RIFT and Mafia 2...the card passed all benchmarks and artifact scanners perfectly.
Overall Review: ATI/AMD make fantasic products but sometimes I think the drivers hold back their performance. I switch between cards and brands all the time, I just feel at the current time, nvidias drivers have the edge on making their cards perform better. (personal opinion)
