Great Product, bad company.
Pros: - The recording and sound of the microphone is the best I have had. It was even better than my Condenser Mic. - The 7.1 Surround is excellent, and it can be super loud. I never need to turn my volume above 10 or 12. - Great headset for Gaming, or Taking Calls. - The earmuffs are soft and fit my ears perfectly, while he headset itself is sturdy and well made.
Cons: - The product itself is great, though the software causes conflicts with other Sound Management software - The software forces you to go into the disk and click on the correct setup if your running a Windows 10 System, and even then, there are conflicts. - Would be even better it it was USB 3.0, but it works fine with 2.0.
Overall Review: - Would I recommend the product to a friend or family member? Yes, but only if the seller will handle the Return process. - Absolutely Horrible Customer service, and the Return Process is horrendous. If your Headset Malfunctions, just cut your losses and buy a new one. I had a rather Trying experience with the Sades Company. As of this moment, I have been trying for 3 months to get a replacement headset. My original A7 Malfunctioned about 1 1/2 months after receiving it, so I filed for a return on Newegg, Newegg informed me that the seller will handle all returns and to contact them, so I did. After 1 week, they transferred me to their After Purchase Returns Department, and I had a nice chat with a Helen, who offered me either a replacement, refund, or if I wanted, she would send me a New Sades Locust Plus, which is in the same family of the A7, but the newest one. I opted for the Locust. Helen Then informed me that I would need to send back the A7 to China, and after I confirm my shipment, she would ship the Locust AND the company would reimburse me the Shipping Cost. I agreed and shipped it back to China. After confirming my Shipment of the Headset, Helen then told me that she could not ship me the new Locust until AFTER the A7 Arrives in China. For almost 2 months we went back and forth through E-Mail trying to confirm where the package is and if it ever got received. She finally confirmed that it was received and the she would reimburse me the Shipping cost Immediately. As for sending me the Locust, she offered to send me a free Headset Stand If I PURCHASED the Locust on Aliexpress.com, and then she would Reimburse me the cost of the Locust. At this point in time, it had been 3 months, and I had already spent an extra $24 that they had not even Reimbursed me for. So I declined to Purchase the headset on Aliexpress, and informed them I will purchase it from Another Website, and they can refund me the cost of it from there. I sent them my Sales Receipt, my Shipping Receipt for the A7, and a link to my pay pal, and as of today, I still have yet to receive a Response or a Reimbursement. So pretty much, I haver spent Over $80 on this Company, and don't have ANYTHING to show for it. I had to go out and purchase my OWN headset. The company itself is a professional at not keeping their promises.
Does not work on Phones
Pros: Quick Snap, Transfer or Charge with the press of a button Long Cable Charging LED Smart Charge Compatable
Cons: Did not work on 5 different Phones Adapter is really difficult to remove Issues charging any device that requires 1.0 Amp or greater
Overall Review: I purchased 2 of these cables for testing Purposes, and have concluded that there is a Manufacturing Issue. I tested the cables on 5 Different Smart Phones ( LG G3 D850, LG K7 AS330, LG G4 H810, Motorola Moto G, Samsung Galaxy S4), As well as a Nook Color, and all devices had the exact same issue, The only way it would actually charge is if I pressed in on the Cord right where it connects to the adapter. If I was lucky, it would rapidly connect and disconnect over and over again Not even. Although I did try it on Other devices BESDIES smart phones, I tested it on a Dexcom unit, which requires a 0.7 Amp to charge, and it works fine. I am thinking its an issue with the cabling itself carrying the current. Either way, it most defiantly is not working as advertised. Requesting Refund.
Great Concept, But...
Pros: -Good Power for a low Price -Unlocked is always good -Decent Storage Space. -Has all the features one might need.
Cons: -Incompatible with Ting Wireless, T-Mobile, and networks that use Sprint Coverage. -Sensitive to Impact. Will restart itself occasionally if bumped or set down too hard. -Will occasionally lose connection to Battery. Phone will turn off and not turn back on until the battery is removed and put back in.
Overall Review: The phone arrived in 3 days. The battery and the phone itself were separate inside of the box, which I had never seen someone do before. The battery had a 30% charge already, but I went ahead and did a full charge. The phone operated fine, until my 2nd charge. While it was charging, the phone shut off, and I could not get it to turn back on. After removing the battery 5 times, and cleaning the poles of battery with a Q-Tip, it started back up. As I can't use the phone with Ting wireless, I was just using the Wi-Fi on the phone. For what it is, it does all I need. I just wish I could actually use it with my service provider. Also, when its in my pocket and it bumps against something, or when i set it down on a hard surface, it seems to reset itself sometimes. I think that the impact may jar the connection to the battery, which is odd. All in all, be careful when you purchase this product.
