Great value RAID if you don't expect customer service

Pros: Great value, ease of use setting up, pulling at least 150MB/s in raid 5 over eSATA. Using USB 3.0 in SOHO
Cons: The fan on our unit started intermittently making a loud noise after 4 months. Customer service is terrible. They only operate via email, and the rep wrote in poor broken english, couldn't answer/understand my questions. They needed my credit card to RMA a fan, would have cost more to use their warranty than to order a replacement through Newegg. Considering the fan started making noise and with how important cooling is, I'd feel more at ease if they had a backup fan on the unit.
Overall Review: I only took off one egg because it's been reliable otherwise, and I'd probably still order another, but very disappointed in the level of customer service.
Reliable unit

Pros: Keeps the drive cool. Have had the (RMA'd unit) for over a year now... the original fan started making terrible noises, tried cleaning it a few times and eventually sent it in for a new one... which has run perfect since. Rosewill has good tech support, keep me buying their brands for sure.
Cons: The power cable does seem a little cheap, but I haven't had any issues with it.
Overall Review: Have only used the USB interface, but is nice to have the eSATA in case it's needed. Would definitely recommend to a friend

Pros: FAST. Great customer support. Comes with an enclosure... FAST
Cons: Had to contact customer support because the cable that came with would intermittently cut out - took me a while to figure out that was the cause. When I called they sent me out a new one right away.
Overall Review: I'm just storing program/game files on this for load times - I was running a RAID 0 before and it still doubled the loading speeds. Leaving it in the enclosure limits me to some 150MB/s on USB 2.0, but I can unplug it from my main computer and use it on the laptop on the go. Makes playing WoW on the laptop tolerable again.
Nice board

Pros: No problems on install with 4600+ X2 and 800Mhz DDR2 Kingston ram. Had all the features I needed with room to grow.
Cons: Could use a better manual, but the web was sufficient to look up additional questions.
Overall Review: I usually go with MSI, but used this for a customer because of the reputation with ASUS. Would definitely go with them again. However, I didn't use the Raid setup, so can't comment on that.

Pros: Everything... The quality of this case is amazing. There is plenty of room and switches for all the fans, but is really quiet. If you get a front fan (suggested for the filter) make sure to get an Antec brand, as the front makes the most noise. Great case, would definitely buy another.
Cons: Make sure you get an antec power supply so there's enough cable to reach the board plugs from the backside. (neater, no wires in the way)
Overall Review: I've always used Antec cases, but this is definitely the best one I've bought, high quality construction.
