6+ years and going strong
Pros: I have had this sine 2006, and running 5 fans on/in my case and an AMD quad core oc'd to 3.8GHz, and up to date video cards, two sata 3 drives and a sata 3 SSD. I even lost some cables at one point and Seasonic sent a whole new set, free of charge.
Cons: it doesn't make bacon
Three days late and deffective.
Pros: Great picture quality when it works.
Cons: Video will cut out randomly requiring powering off then on. LG says its a bad controller or command board. EggSaver 5-7 business days took 3 extra business days and shaved those off of the 90 day warranty.
Overall Review: Thankfully it has LG's 90 day warranty so I didn't have to worry about it being DOA. However I am now going to have to take time off work for two visits from the LG tech to replace the faulty part. Techs only come between 8 and 5 mon-fri.
Pros: Zalman heatsink and fan keep it cool, CCC Overdirve "Autotune" puts it at 870MHz clock and 1050MHz ram, inexpensive.
Cons: A little big but it fits in my ATX mid.
Overall Review: GDDR4 would have been nice, but the Zalman cooler let's you OC a lot anyway. I Can now play Crysis with the DX9 altered CVarGroups.cfg file on XP w/ Very High settings except for the Motion Blur, which I keep at High. And this is with an old Athlon 64 x2 3800+ @ 2.15 GHz and 3 gigs of DDR-400 on XP x64. and of course all my other games i can max out(COD4, AOE 3, HL2, Bioshock).
Pros: Looks freakin awesome, like a chrome turbine off of an airliner. CPU Temp dropped 9ºF and both of my HDD's dropped 8ºF. Not loud at all considering the CFM.
Cons: Blue LED's are nice but I wish I had the option to turn them off for night use. Also the Fan is not variable speed.
Overall Review: Can't go wrong for the price.
