Thanks for your assistance, NewEgg!

Pros: It works
Cons: I had to pay for two sets to find one that worked
Overall Review: I purchased an IBM ThinkCentre PC this spriing to have as a backup XP box. I used NewEgg's configurator to select the RAM, and bought 2 Gb. When I installed the RAM the PC would not boot. When I replaced the existing, it would. I contacted NewEgg for an RMA, and obtained one. With this assurance, I sent back my purchase and bought the right RAM, which I determined from IBM's site. The new RAM worked perfectly. But NewEgg's RMA department denied my return and sent my first purchase back to me. Now I'm out the extra dough. I can understand a company's right to refuse to take a product back after they have sold it. I have never experienced a company refusing a return after it was authorized. This is a first, and a last.
