Pros: I know prices go up and down, but this drive falls right in between and so far it's performed fantastic.
Cons: none so far
Pros: Nice build quality, fantastic sound for the price. I bought these on sale for 179.00. They have since dropped 139.99 when on sale. They have a great mid base sound and very clear highs. Mids are so so.
The vented speaker box also help with the sound repsonce
Cons: The con I have is... I feel a mid range speaker is needed. That's just me. I feel when really pushing the speakers you lose some mids.
Pros: I have two of these casesd and yes, the build quality is not great. But for 50.00 dollars is not a bad option. I agree with another review person, the back plate for the mother board doesn't line up, but you know there could be worse things. It's not a 100.00 case, it's 50 bucks. Most everything fits inside it and there's a neat front LCD you can buy to make it look like real HTPC.
Cons: Motherboard may not line up with back plate. I say may because one of mine does and the second one doesn't. I also have one case the power button wire came un-soldered. I looked at another case up close named silver.... and it was even tighter internally and sure didn't look like a 100.00 case.
Pros: I caught this drive on sale for 69.99, now the price has doubled. This drive is fast compared to other laptop hard drives. Until you compare a 5900 rpm drive to this 7200 you can't imagine. Highly recommend if you're stuck on wanting a mechanical laptop drive.
Pros: Dependable and comes with a good cooling heat sink. typically can get a deal on most speeds
Cons: None so far
Overall Review: Was able to over clock memory to 2133 playing with clock settings
Pros: This device works, what else can I say. You will need a software to use it, but once you do you'll wonder how you did with out it.
Cons: there's a lot of wires laying around while you're doing the project. The power cord they send is junk. Just cheap made and doesn't fit tight in the device connector. advise on using a old one out of a power supply laying around
Pros: When on sale this drive is a steal compared to most other drives aside from Samsung which has higher read and write speeds. This drive has fantastic read speeds and pretty good write speeds. I don't feel its anything to take a star away for and not noticeable at all.
Cons: no drive software
Pros: It's a 10" sub and has 100watts. I have two of these and I've had zero issues. I use one as my system sub in the bedroom and the other is my rear 7.2 to 1 sub in my family room system.
Pros: Great size for HTPC's. The scrolling mouse works good and there's a mouse click button on the upper left of the keyboard so you can scroll with your right hand and click with your left. I have three of these and have not had any issues
Cons: Not back lighted
Overall Review: The keyboard is also good for a laptop or as a portable keyboard option
Pros: Comes with both design connectors. has blue led's. fan is near silent as designed
Cons: Fan is silent, but also doesn't push very much volume of air, so that's the offset I guess. I needed a blue fan and so I bought this. I thought with it having a name brand like cooler master and they make cases, this would be a good one. No, they make some cheap items like every one.
Pros: As with near all SSD's, the performance over mechanical drives is mind blowing. You'll never go back. This drive is no different. The drive rates as a Faster read/write speed compared to a number of other brands on the market. Not the your eyes will see the difference. great drive software included.
Pros: The modular design is always handy. The fan only coming on when needed is also a great feature. I have 3 more HX series PSU's and love them. So far they have been dependable and are built to last with a price range I can afford. Their will always be an occasional premature failure, but I have ran into less with this brand and series.
Cons: Not fully modular
Pros: This is a fantastic APU motherboard. I love all the features and options it has. The Killer200 build in network chip also is a great bonus, plus a creative sound chip. It's sold as a gaming motherboard and maybe it is considered that, but Most APU's won't play modern games at more then low effects nor will this with a A10 6800 only as I'm using. Highly recommend this board as the build quality and features are worth the cost.
Overall Review: This motherboard with an add in card or two could be a great contender for a small gaming system, but my standards are higher in that area. I was able to play some games like tomb raider and others and they played well and looked good. but games like modern warefare3 and BF3 need a bit more pixel pushing power under high action play for just the APU alone
Pros: Great APU dollar per dollar. If you're building a budget desktop or HTPC then here's a great option. The APU will run some newer games on Low, but don't set your expectations too high. Although if you add a 6970 card the graphics speed near doubles.
Cons: loud and poor cooling factory cooler, but intel also does the same
Pros: Great user interface. Program makes dvds even look better. It's a must have if you plan on installing a Blu-ray drive in your PC to view Blue ray movies.
Pros: they look nice with a Nice price
Cons: These are cheaply made glasses. The lenses are not as dark as they look in photos. The frames are poorly made. Mine took reshaping and even then didn't fit right. They were not bent, just do not made right. The nose supports are not even soldered on the same places
Overall Review: I gave 20.00 for these, if they go on sale for 10.00, then buy a pair. These are something you'd see on a discount display.
Pros: decent buy when on sale. I bought this for 109.00 bucks. That's about all I'd pay for it. Over all it's a good card with good cooling. Still capable of playing modern games and still crossfires good which is what I did with another gigabyte 6970 card I was using.
Cons: Now the cons, this card is cheap, I feel maybe its a even cheaper model then there original. The Board is very flimsy although it does come with a good heat sink. One of my chip coolers wasn't even attached. makes me wonder is some third party is slapping them together for power color
Pros: This cooler is a great cooler. It's large, but size does matter with coolers. I've been an cooler master 212evo fan and own 3 of them. I bought this on sale for 29.99 with a 20.00 rebate. what a steal!
Overall Review: I'm running this on a AMD 6800 APU and it is more then enough cooling. Don't kid yourself, APU's get toasty
Pros: Burns about ever format you can imagine aside from Bluerays. Noise levels are reasonable and that seems to change with the speeds you are burning. I'm thinking some of the asus and msi's burners are made by Lite on now.
Pros: Does what it should. When on sale this is a great buy for the money.
Pros: Simple package. Fits perfect in a 3.25 floppy drive opening.
Pros: looks great with a mesh design case. Simple and easy insulation.
Cons: the right side light shines through the next slot over. When all the way off, fans still are running.
Pros: Dependable Memory with a good heat sink and great speed
Pros: Okay, I've been buying AMD cpus since the amd200. In fact I can say I've bought 17 various amd cpus over the last 20 years right up to the 8350. But this CPU rocks compared to my 8350. Some say they are close, and in some ways amd and intel may be, but not on this model.
Cons: Price is high I feel. Not an 8 core
Overall Review: I still love my AMD CPUs and GPUs. I'm fact AMD has the APUs market covered. AMD's top of the line is lacking compared to intel, and maybe if all 8 cores could be used that would be a factor, but it's not now.
Pros: I love this case. The price is good even when not on sale and the case has a good design allowing room for larger video cards. You can even remove a hard drive cage if you need be. I bought two of them to replace my antec 902 and 902se.
Cons: Only comes with a front and rear fan.
Overall Review: I added a red led cooler master 200mm mega to the top and replaced the front oem fan with the same. Then added a red 140mm cooler master to the side cover. The case has a wicked look with the red fans
