Won't find a better setup!
Pros: Keys feel great, no connection problems and very few drop outs! Basically can't go wrong!
Cons: Will make your wallet cry!
Overall Review: Honestly you will not find a better wireless keyboard/mouse combo. It may be a bit expensive but you get what you pay for though!
So far so good!
Pros: Small, compact and quiet. Comes equipped with an Nvidia Gefore GTX 960M which is a notebook card. Got the Witcher 3 running at 1366x768 on med-high settings with a constant 30fps. Skyrim running at 1080p 60fps. For it's price it definitely holds its own as a gaming machine. I was able to run the Witcher 3 for seveal hours without a single crash. Was given the option to upgrade to Windows 10 during set up which I highly recommend. Overall this is not a bad little machine. Comes with a free 1-year license for Kasperskey Anti-Virus. For those wondering if this is a "Steam-Machine" Im not sure if it's an official one but it does come with Steam pre-installed which was nice. And the mouse and keyboard that comes with the computer are actually very solid.
Cons: No SSD so boot up time is a bit slower than I'd like but I suppose you get what you paid for. Have had one crash since I got it but it was after several SEVERAL hours of use (oddly enough it was while watching Netflix). Keyboard and mouse are not wireless.
Overall Review: If you're looking for a "serious" gaming rig, look elsewhere, you won't get it at this price. However if you're like me and on a budget and need to get a gaming fix this will absolutely do the trick. It should be able to run most modern games though be prepared to cut corners. Most games should run high settings as long as you set them to a resolution lower than 1080p, and thats good enough for me.
Breathes new life into my 5 yr old gaming rig!
Pros: So a while back the GeForce 8800 Ultra that was installed in my gaming rig crapped out on me....or so I thought, turns out the problem was that the motherboard didn't have correct drivers for a 64 bit OS and I didn't figure this out until I had thrown out the GPU thinking it was defective....anyways, after restoring my rig with a bottom end older ATI card I had searched the net for a cheap video card that could at least play Half Life 2, I didn't expect this little piece of hardware to be able to handle Skyrim on high settings with an fps of 30-60 fps! Boy was I blown away when I first fired it up! For the price range you really can't go wrong here, just don't expect to run Crysis on ultra...I haven't tried it, but I'm pretty sure it would rip a tear in the fabric of space time!
Cons: No cons really, except that for some reason the PCIE slot I had wanted to install it in rejected it and the computer didn't boot up. I put the card in the bottom PCIE slot and it fired right up (It FINALLY beeped). So other than that personal little blunder nothing really bad to say about it! I wouldn't expect Witcher 2 at high settings though, haha
Overall Review: If you're looking for a good mid range card that will run games like Skyrim, HL2 and Mass Effect on high settings for less than 200 dollars, then look no further!
Pros: The best PC Gamepad money can buy, I mean, it's the Xbox 360 Controller, the best gamepad period! Great for games like Skyrim and Kingdoms of Amalur!
Cons: A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for
Overall Review: If you play a lot of games on your PC you're gonna want this controller, it's well worth the price. There is no other gamepad available for Windows that will give you the precision or support that you get from this controller.
Pros: Fast intel core i7 processor, nice screen and a decent size hard drive. The dedicated card runs Graphics intensive programs like Skyrim and Mass Effect 3 quite well (thought not at highest settings mind you) and it even runs Crysis 2 at it's lowest settings (which is still HIGH!). Blu ray player at this price is also a nice feature.
Cons: I'm knocking down 1 star for a few reasons. When I got this computer it came installed with Norton, which is by far the worst virus protection software and the worst thing besides a virus that you can install on your computer. Removing it was a pain, even for a somewhat tech savy person like myself. Comes installed with a bunch of useless software from Toshiba. I've had a few crashes on it which I thought was due to overheating but actually was due to incorrect audio plugins and incorrect voltages (do NOT use an auxilary head phone jack for primary sound, use HDMI)
Overall Review: Overall I am reasonably satisfied with this computer. It's fast and when I'm not doing homework I can even run my favorite games at a respectable setting. Even though I've had some problems with it, you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal than this nice little machine.
