Pros: Pretty nifty slide-out tray design. Included accessories (carry case, AC adapter, USB cable) are of good quality.

Cons: Front display lights are pretty big and bright. But this might be a plus for some. I found it a little gaudy.

Overall Review: The interior tray is a little fragile and you must be very careful when inserting the drive.

Pros: So far, a very user-friendly return experience from Newegg.

Cons: DIMM did not fit properly into MacBook memory slot. Required much more force than the stock DIMMs. Before upgrading your RAM, try removing and re-installing the stock DIMMs so that you know what the proper amount of force should feel like.

Overall Review: I took a chance on these on account of all the glowing reviews. Sadly, my experience was not as good. The modules took way too much force to insert, and they did not eject easily. Running memtest revealed some bad addresses, but not many. So I rolled the dice and ran OS-X for about 4 days before I started seeing random app crashes. Newegg quickly provided a RMA and easy to follow return instructions.

Pros: So far so good. Drive is just as quiet as, and a bit faster than the stock 60GB drive that came in my white MacBook 2GHz. Markedly faster when transferring large amounts of data to/from an external firewire drive.

Cons: None so far. But hey, it's a hard drive. Even the best can go belly-up without much warning.

Overall Review: Be sure to use the right type of Torx screwdriver head when dealing with the MacBook's harddrive mounting plate. You don't want to strip those.

Pros: Quality memory for a very good price. Newegg's hassle-free replacement made gambling on an unfamiliar brand, well, not really a gamble.

Cons: First batch I received had bad memory sectors and didn't seat properly in my MacBook without excessive insertion pressure. (see earlier "got the one bad lot" review)

Overall Review: Newegg rapidly processed my return. From the time newegg received my return to the time I received the replacement was 4 business days. Outstanding! Replacement DIMMs are working perfectly. memtest shows zero problems after several test runs.
