Great buy
Pros: Good price. It's ASUS they make top quality products.
Cons: None really
Overall Review: there is a firmware update...but I suppose that is good really.
Router is just so-so.
Pros: It has the ability to run dual bands at 2.4GHz and 5 GHz. Lots of options in the UI for the router. Low cost for a good name.
Cons: Does not support 1Gigabit LAN. Huge disappointment for me. If you have speeds over 100Mbts down you won't get them through a Cat 5/6 connection on this router. The 2.4GHz feels slower than my old Linksys WRT54GS did. I am going to turn this over and get a better router. Not impressed with this one.
Overall Review: None.
Power
Pros: Long wires. High amps on rails. Good price. Huge fan to keep it cool.
Cons: Was rated in CPU mag having a rather high temp when the load was pushed high. I doubt anyone will push it as hard as their test did though.
Overall Review: 2 of the 12v rails are labled for PCI-E and the 3rd is not labled which is for the older ATX boards that do not support PCI-E
Great vid card
Pros: Ok price. Great card. All games at max setting. BF2 SF 2142.
Cons: The fans doesnt look to be too hefty.
Overall Review: after I bought this the 8800GS was made and came close to the same price as this was when I bought it.
HUGE Fans
Pros: HUGE fan. Great color. Moves a good amount of air.Not loud at all.
Cons: Doesnt support Power fan connection to mobo.
Super Mobo
Pros: Nice layout. Good Passive cooling. Great chipset. No problems at boot up. Lots of OC ability.
Cons: Could have supported a set of attachable USB's to the rear. The Nvidia Firewall is a do not install. Install all else but NV firewall( known to cause memory freeze up) Apart from that this board is solid.
