Nice upgrade

ASUS GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card ENGTX560 TI DCII/2DI/1GD5
ASUS GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card ENGTX560 TI DCII/2DI/1GD5

Pros: One of the best built cards. Power connectors are place on the side freeing up space and allowing for better cable management. Very quiet at all speeds. Since this card is overclocked very little from the factory, there is more room to play with.

Cons: No rebate

Overall Review: I installed the latest nvidia drivers only. Then I installed MSI Afterburner- one of the best O/C programs around. I know that 3DMark2001 SE is old but I still use for a basic benchmarking. Got 84,764 - 3DMark2006 - 28488. N E W E G G i s the B E S T !!

Getting a divorce !

ASUS P8P67 PRO LGA 1155 Intel P67 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS P8P67 PRO LGA 1155 Intel P67 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Looks Good

Cons: Multiple reboots, does not recognize 2 out of three sata drives. Won't install AI Suite II, I've installed 2 versions of bios 1003 and 1053 and still same problems. Coming from a cold reboot it will sometimes lock up.

Overall Review: I've been married to this board for the last 3 days and it's been nothing but trouble. It plagued with problems.I've installed many motherboards in the past and never had one that was this problematic.

Terrible design

Bunn Phase Brew HG 8 Cup Home Coffee Brewer
Bunn Phase Brew HG 8 Cup Home Coffee Brewer

Pros: Coffee does taste good and is quite hot .

Cons: The carafe drips coffee no matter how slow you pour a cup of coffee. Called Bunn and the sent me a new one , but still the same results. A huge design flaw that should have never went into production. The coffee maker will sometimes release water before its finished boiling. I thought Bunn was suppose to be top of the line in coffer makers?

Overall Review: Can't wait to toss it in the trash.

Running SLI

ASUS GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card ENGTX560 TI DCII/2DI/1GD5
ASUS GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card ENGTX560 TI DCII/2DI/1GD5

Pros: Bought 2 of these 560 Ti's and currently running them in SLI. Super stable in WinXP. These run very quiet and cool. I like that they are about an inch shorter than the ATI 5850's. Power connectors are on the side of the card instead of the rear which would have caused connections issues.

Cons: two 560's do cover a couple of PCI slots . Had to buy a PCIe soundcard.

Overall Review: I've had no visual problems or glitches. Overclocking CPU and Video card I was able to reach 90,000+ with 3Dmark 2001 SE . Yes it's an old benchmark but I like it .

beats the G510

Microsoft SIDEWINDER X4 Keyboard - Retail
Microsoft SIDEWINDER X4 Keyboard - Retail

Pros: responsive keys - feedback sounds and feels like mechanical . all keys have the same pressure response and makes for less typing errors

Cons: would like to see blue back lit keys .

Overall Review: when comparing to the Logitech G510. I noticed that G510 feedback was inconsistent throughout. I had both keyboards hooked up and did several tests and found that the Sidewinder x4 is the best.

Stick with Nvidia

EVGA 896-P3-1257-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked Edition 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
EVGA 896-P3-1257-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked Edition 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Pros: Faster than my 8800GTS ! Fan is very quiet and seems to run cooler than the 8800GTS. Installed latest drivers without ant problems . EVGA has great customer support along with outstanding warranty. newegg is the best !

Cons: This card is a little long , so measure first .

Overall Review: I first purchase an Radeon 4850 . What a mistake , I had to force the card to match my screen resolution. I noticed pretty substantial frame rate drop compared to my 8800GTS. Stick with Nvidia !
