Great SFF case. But with a problem
Pros: - All fitment panels, nuts, bolts, and accessories have worked perfectly. - Fantastic flexible design which allows a good deal of accessory / drive/ fan mounting positions. - Not expensive
Cons: - PROBLEM- The Headphone Jack at the top the case has failed. It has always been buggy, but today it outright failed. There is no customer support. You can't call them. And the "Fanzone" where they want you to submit trouble tickets is bugged. No accounts can be created or authenticated (log in), so you can't log a trouble ticket. Both of these issues (Bad Jack, and bad Customer Service) are long standing problems for Cooler Master. Be aware of the chances of you being OUT OF LUCK here. - No USB-C connector on top
Overall Review: I would have a hard time giving this less than 5 stars. Scratch that. It is now a 4 star case. Everything ha(d) worked perfect until the Headphone Jack broke. Cooling as far as my experience is excellent. They give you an extra 120m fan, even with the NR200. It is also not ugly. And if you aren't in to RGB, then even better. Hard to find. I had to camp Newegg for a month for it to pop up and snag it.

Overall Review: A bit expensive, but so far in testing, this is clean RAM. 3600MHz is considered an overclock on my Aorus B550i, but it still went right to XMP (DOCP) and ran at advertised timings no problem. and have not had issues with it in my new build yet. No RGB, but no big deal for me there. It does was it is supposed to.
