Pros: Large Backspace button.
Large Delete button.
It's NOT black!
It's NOT shaped weird!
Just enough extra buttons for the important stuff.
Great price! Cheap enough to buy an extra.
Cons: Volume keys are too close together for fat fingers.
Letters on keys could be a little bigger.
Overall Review: I hate black keyboards and all the "ergonomic" shapes they are making them in. This is one of the few that I've seen that are still "old school" and also have a volume control. I just ordered two more to replace this one in case I spill something on it, which I tend to do quite often.
Pros: Very sleek and stylish.
Comfortable in right hand.
Quick and responsive.
Side scrolling ability.
No annoying red tail light like on the optical versions.
Good range for my needs, (about 6ft away and never lost a connection yet).
Newegg's price was fantastic as usual. OEM version came with mouse, receiver, software and instruction booklet. Several dollars cheaper than the retail version from NewEgg and the only difference was no box and no batteries. Order the OEM and get your own batteries.
Cons: No click points on the wheel take some getting used to. Wheel rolls smoothly without any preset stops. Might be better in the long run but I'm not used to it yet.
I'm having issues with programming the small thumb button and the wheel button. They won't change from the default settings. This is a software conflict on my computer though because I had the same issue with my original MS Intellimouse Explorer Corded Optical mouse too. This is a con for me but it probably won't be as issue for most people.
Not a con but still worth mentioning is that this mouse is VERY fast! I had to tweek my mouse settings and scroll speeds to compensate to what I was used to. More of a Pro than I Con though actually.
Overall Review: My old Intellimouse was and still is a great mouse. I must have had it for at least 8 or more years and other than the recent software conflict it has been great. I hope this mouse lasts as long
