great price for a great product!
Pros: nice sound quality compliments a factory sound system works perfectly well with a factory power setup small form factor
Cons: Does NOT come with the bass knob. minor complaint as i ran an external RCA bass knob(PAC LC-1) from a pac loc sni35 to the sub itself. had to remove the sub from the box and disconnect it from the amp to set my gains properly with a multi-meter.
Overall Review: if you are looking for earth shattering bass, this is not the product for you. if you are looking for some quality low end to add to a factory sound system then this is for you. the bass is very nice inside the vehicle and can be heard at a small distance outside the vehicle. once wired you only need to disconnect one plug to remove it from the vehicle, which is nice if you need the extra cargo space or do not want to damage your sub while moving things around. i recommend wiring the harness up to your power ground and remote wires outside of the car and work from the back towards the front. i soldered everything and used heat shrink then bound all the wires together with black tessa tape, it looks very professional. everything was installed in a 2017 honda civic hatchback EX-L without the premium sound.
Decent. picked this for a good friend
Pros: arrived quickly booted right up seems fast enough for her to use
Cons: cpu cooler was not mounted correctly uppon arrival. was hell to trouble shoot over the phone with her. but in the end i figured out what was wrong when it kept randomly shutting down. there was 0 packing material inside the PC i figured this was standard.
Overall Review: after fixing the cpu heatsink and running some stress and performance tests it was thermal throttleing 14% running aida64 hitting a whopping 100 degrees cel. when not stress testing and just playing games this was a non issue. if it were mine id upgrade the cpu cooler. but since its not and will only see light usage it works great for what she needs it for! bottom line, shes happy!
Pros: This board overclocked my 3570k without a hitch. im at 5.0 ghz stable at 1.32 vcore on an antec closed loop cooler the h2o 620 to be exact. posted immediately and has been running non stop for almost a month! onboard power and reset buttons as well as a rear IO CMOS clear button. recognized my SSD and 3tb drive right from the start... granted i had my 3tb drive formatted to gpt in an older system so this might be why! GREAT PRICE!!!
Cons: only 6 usb ports on the IO not really a con... i just have a custom built case with no extra usb ports so i gotta swap my headset for my game controller sometimes.
Overall Review: this is my first intel build and i have 0 regrets. the components i selected are as follows ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional-M 3570k cpu at 5.0 ghz cooled with kuhler h20 620 asus HD 7870 at 1250 core clock 1350 mem clock kingston hyperX red rated for 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 OC to 1866mhz 10-11-10-26 samsung 840 evo 120gb SSD Seagate barracuda XT 3tb 64mb cache 7200 rpm corsair GS700 power supply all installed in a custom modded hp case from 2007 also note i bought my motherboard from a-ma--zon as newegg would not ship to my PO box i Would recommend this board to all of my friends
Pros: i love these fans, at full rpm all i can hear is very minimal air flow noise these out perform my sickleflow fans i had at a way lower rpm!!!
Cons: my only con is when i lower the fan speed in my fan controller the fan motors make a faint clicking noise, but at 100% they dont bother me, just defeats the purpose of the controller
Overall Review: i would recomend these, but id prob buy the performace ones next time so i have a little more rpm adjustment on my contoller
