Pros: There's no way to put a machine like this together from scratch for anywhere close to this price. I ordered this machine last Friday night and it arrived on Wednesday. Up and running in minutes. Not a glitch anywhere. It came w/ 2 - 2gb. ram sticks instead of 4 - 1 gb. sticks so when i upgrade I won't have leftover's.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: I think that since Acer bought out gateway they are working on getting ride of extra parts, hence the duel matching drives. GRAB IT WHILE YOU CAN!!

Cons: started making a growling noise at abut 8 weeks the quit working a week later. error code shows a clog in the brush, no clog. Contacted samsung to get it repaired and it has been a constant fight for the last 3 weeks. I have sent at least 15 copies of the sales receipt to the various contacts at samsung including a "manager" yesterday that said it was to be repaired, then got another email from another rep. this morning for another copy. seem like this samsungs way of not honoring their warranties, making you jump thru so many hoops you just give up.

Overall Review: having a hard time thinking that samsung ca be trusted now days.
