Pros: Haven't had it long, so I don't know how it'll hold up, but it was so easy. I loaded pics on the SD card, inserted it, plugged in the frame, and voila, there was a slideshow. (Haven't yet tried videos.) A few of the pics were fuzzy depending on their original quality, but I was really impressed with the picture, especially for the price.

Cons: Once you claim the rebate, you can no longer return the product if it breaks. That sucks. Also note that there's no internal memory, so buy a memory stick too.

Pros: Really good price, if you manage to get the rebate. Good quality and pretty easy to use for the average consumer.

Cons: You can't return items once you've applied for the rebate. If you apply for it too late or try to cash the check too late, you're out of luck. It's a pain to get all the rebate documentation to Newegg in the first place--they're really exacting on the requirements and slow to get back to you (I got my check over 3 months after the frames arrived). And beware--there are LOTS of limitations, so read all the fine print VERY CAREFULLY and be prepared to jump through some hoops before you get any money back. I'm a lawyer who reads fine print all the time, and I still managed to miss the "limit 1 per address" buried in the Terms and Conditions.

Overall Review: You're better off buying a frame that has a lower price in the first place. If you decide the rebate is worth it, watch this item for a couple of weeks. Rebates vary from $20 to over $50 on it.
