New USB drive rocks
Pros: Very fast. good price with rebate.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Everyone complaining about it not showing up as 16GB, it is because of how windows classifies a gb. The couputer uses binary whereas the drive manufacturers always state they consider a GB 1,000,000,000 bytes. This is the same as every hard drive in your computer and every other usb drive you purchase, no different. You are getting 16GB of space
Very fast drive sry only lasted 2 years 4 months just after warranty ran out
Pros: Fast, cheap
Cons: Broke just after 2 year warranty ran out.
Overall Review: I had always heard bad things about these drives, but I figured that so many years later segate drives were probably up to the same level as the others, but I have never had a WD or samsung fail before 4+ years of heavy use. I think these drives are fine for data storage, but if you use it as your boot drive and you use the computer a lot, this drive is probably not for you. Unless you don't mind buying a new drive every few years and losing all your data. Is was in a mid tower case with a lot of cooling as well, so it's not like the drive got really hot all the time. I really can't believe it only had a 2 yr warranty and now I have to just throw it in the garbage. Thanks Seagate.
Good for the money. 32MB/s write average with large files
Pros: It works. I can write to it at an average of 32MB/s with larger files on a usb 3.0 port. Not good for that last minute copy to take into work, but with planning it is ok. It does read at 130MB/s average so that is good.
Cons: Slow vs the more expensive Samsung external SSD drive i usually use, it does about 150MB/s write. I'm also not in love with the slide style USB drives have a tendency of wanting to slide closed when inserting in the usb port.
Overall Review: Just like most cheaper USB drives, the write speed is not that good, but the read speed if fine. If you want a cheap drive and don't care if it takes a while to write to it you will like this drive. Read speeds are 130MB/s on a usb 3.0 port. I had $5 credit at Newegg that was about to expire so I used it on this. It's better than losing the $5 and it coming in handy right now.
Works fine at rated speed with 9600k and z390 Aorus Pro motherboard
Overall Review: Works fine at rated speed with 9600k and z390 Aorus Pro motherboard. Did not try to overclock the ram but did full stress memtest and no errors.
Awesome pure sine UPS
Pros: Works great, cyberpower quality, computer with high efficiency power supply no longer shuts off when power goes out like it did when I was using a standard non sine wave UPS.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I have 3 other cyber power normal 1500 ups' that i bought almost 5 years ago at this point. They are all still in operation. The only reason I replaced one of them with this one is a build a computer using a new high efficiency power supply that powers off on non sine way type UPS. I didn't know that at the time when i built the computer that is was going to be a problem, but after doing some research I found out a lot of the better efficiency power supplies won't work if they don't have sine wave power. I bought this one on sale for very little more than the standard cyberpower ups. I could not be happier.
Works great
Pros: Works great
Cons: The light on the front is very bright and always on. The solution is a small piece of electrical tape. I have done this on several devices in my living room that are too bright in a dark environment. It's not rocket science people. I don't know why people post bad reviews for simple things that are a quick fix.
Excellent value
Works great in my ups
