best investment
Pros: This case is the best thing that I bought for my new system. Apperence - The looks are amazing, very expensive looking. PSU - I have 4 hard drives, DVD burner, CD-ROM, amd 64 3200+, geforce 6600GT, 4 case fans and it has not even flinched. FYI, it is a 24 (20+4) pin connector. Cooling - having said all that about, my CPU stays at 32'C and the open case is at 27'C. Nice and chilly.
Cons: The only this to be cautious of is the big window. It looks great, but with all the built in fans, themometers, and fan speed controls, there are a lot of wires to make that big window a little less attractive. So be prepaired to have some patience and plan out how to run your wires to make this thing look as good as possible. Practie origami
Overall Review: Sorry so long winded, hope it helps
still fast
Pros: I have not had one problem with this at all. Installed around 11/07 and clocked it up to 3.2. I am lazy and have never turned it back down the whole time. System stays on 24/7/365. So for you non-math majors, that is around 4300 hours overclocked with NO BSOD, NO FREEZING, NO PROBLEMS
Cons: nada
Overall Review: AWESOME CPU!!!
Great buy
Pros: Easy to install, quiet, looks good, cools great. I am keeping my AMD 5000 Black Edition at 35c while playing Crysis.
Cons: Not much termal grease. You may want to buy an extra tube.
Overall Review: It is tall, so that is a consideration for most. But I guess that all of the, are now. You probably want to do a site survey before you attach the fan. I put it on a full side and had to flip it around.
Great case
Pros: Case and PSU have worked flawlessly for over a year now. Fans are a little slower, but that is to be expected. 550w PSU is powering 4 SATAs, 2 ROMs, nVidia 6600 pci-e, AMD64 3200+. Very good PSU included. Case looks great, a little tall, so you might want to measure if in a tight area. Temp in case stays at 30`c normal 33` when playing FarCry on high.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Tall case, measure your area first.
real beauty
Pros: this thing is awesome. i haven't had time to O/C, but it keeps my amd 64 3200 at a chilly 32'C when in idle.
Cons: i did replace the fan with a 2000 RPM quiet fan. be warned, it is a pain in the ... to try and take the stock fan off the heatsync, so dont try to swap fans if you are in a hurry. i have put 100's of computers together, and that took me about 25 minutes to use pliers to under the 4 lower screws. other than that, it is awesome
awesome splash of color
Pros: sweet fan, nice a quiet. i put it onto my kingwin copper amd 64 3200 heatsync and it helps keep it at 34'C
Cons: it does look a little pink, so if you are really in love with orange, maybe you should get an orange plastic and LED fan.
