Pros: On paper it looks like a good bargain.

Cons: Product was shipped to me with a large dent in the top of the case and what sounded like loose components on the inside. The boxes and packaging were in good order, so it had to have been packaged and shipped to me with obvious damage. Really disappointing product control. I requested an RMA and was given a link to pay to ship the product back. That felt like a slap in the face. I contacted new egg with a complaint about this and they sent me a prepaid shipping label to print out. Good recovery. Now I wait. The site says it takes 7-10 business days to process my RMA before they even ship me a new one. Hopefully it doesn't take them that long to open the package and realize it was sent to me like someone had hit it with a hammer before putting it in the box. Otherwise, it will be nearly a month since my purchase date before I receive the product. Hopefully the next one works as it should, but so far it sounds like nearly half of purchasers are having to return their products.
