Pros: I like hard copies of my software and the USB Flash Drive seems to me to be aneven better medium. I had a problem with a cracked disk once that Microsoft replaced but that was a pain.

Overall Review: This is a review on Newegg, a company I can always count on. I've done about a half dozen comp. builds and I used to buy those OEM cheap OS's untill someone sold me a pirated copy. The guy sent me four more activation codes before one worked and the item was supposed to be nwe, unopened but a year and a half later Microsoft started telling me that I had pirated software! I have since been buying from Newegg and have had no such problems. Thanks Newegg! Willy

Pros: The unit works great and the base has been improved with a strong magnet to hold it in place.

Overall Review: I bought one a few years ago and it's still working great but the one I just bought is even better with the improved base. Buy it....Willy
