Pros: Makes it easy to swap out drives when your motherboard supports hot swapping etc. It also works as advertised, slide the tab, the door opens, put a drive it and when you close the door it makes a solid connection. It's also well constructed, not cheap feeling.

Cons: The only thing I can think of is that it doesn't use SATA power, it uses old school IDE power plugs. Not a huge deal, but it is a con.

Overall Review: If you are doing hot swapping of drives, or just want quick access to your drives from the front of your machine, it's a no brainer.

Pros: Burns as advertised nearly 10x on my Plextor PX-760a drive! Never a coaster, ever...

Cons: They do cost a bit more than your average DL media.

Overall Review: If you want the best DL DVD media, this is it, hands down. You get what you pay for when it comes to media.
