Good Low Profile Cooler Comparable to AMD Wraith Spire

Noctua NH-L9x65 SE-AM4, Premium Low-profile CPU Cooler with 92mm Fan for AMD AM4 (Brown)
Noctua NH-L9x65 SE-AM4, Premium Low-profile CPU Cooler with 92mm Fan for AMD AM4 (Brown)

Pros: Performs almost exactly like the stock AMD Wraith Spire cooler, but is shorter for small cases. Fits perfectly on my mini-ITX board in either direction.

Cons: Performs exactly like the stock cooler, but costs more.

Overall Review: If your CPU came with the Wraith Spire, then I would only recommend this cooler if the Spire is too tall. I only gave 4/5 eggs because I was hoping a Noctua cooler would have a quieter fan than the stock cooler. This cooler sounds about the same volume, but the tone might be slightly different. (I don't have the tools to measure that.)

FSP 450W Micro ATX12V / SFX12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply with Intel Haswell Ready (FSP450-60GHS(85)-R1)
FSP 450W Micro ATX12V / SFX12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply with Intel Haswell Ready (FSP450-60GHS(85)-R1)

Pros: Small size Easy to install

Cons: Sounded a bit noisy to me Cable management is a challenge in a small case

Overall Review: This PSU seems solid. I installed it in a Silverstone SG06 case without too much hassle. The cable management in that small of a case can be challenging with any PSU. I would not describe this power supply as having "silent operation" as described by the manufacturer. The fan was running at what sounded like full speed even at idle when my system was probably pulling less than 50 Watts. It's not a "loud" fan, so a computer mounted under a desk would probably be just fine, but I define "silent operation" as not having a fan running at idle.
