Cons: This is not really a con, but speakers are only as good as the source. Initially I had these paired with an onkyo tx-nr414, and while the sound was great, I could never tweak the onkyo exactly to my liking, despite the multitude of options on it. I recently got a denon avr-1913 and I still can't believe the sound am hearing, movies or music, phenominal!
