Pros: - I like the way it looks - Will update the review after I receive the new one.

Cons: - Didn't work after I received the product. - Doesn't power on at all, checked all connections, power outlets narrowed it down to either a bad motherboard or power supply. Haven't been able to test the GPU yet as most of the reviews I've read that were bad so their GPU was DOA. I am currently contacting technical support and ill keep you updated on the replacement process.

Overall Review: I like the way this product looks, it would be a great value if it worked. I don't know how the replacement process is going to be but I am contacting technical support today to find out how we can get this replaced. I was excited to receive this product and was in hopes I would be able to start setting it up during my vacation from work. Now I'll be sending it back for a replacement. I've read some terrible stories about sending the products back and having repeated or further issues and sometimes even different issues such as damaged cases etc... I'll keep you updated on the steps I've taken here. So far I've contacted NewEgg for the replacement and they sent me over to ABS to deal directly with them. They didn't want to issue the replacement. I am contacting ABS today.
