i guess im first to review
Pros: - its pretty short, good for my mini itx case - it occupies only 2 slots (most of current RTX use 2,5 or 3 slots) wide card wont fit my case - decent cooling system (max 65*c during gaming without overclock) - pretty silent in games (but you can hear of you come close) - competitive price compared to other 2070... however its still overpriced as real ray tracing performance is a joke... - i got decent 4k HDR performance in games - better drivers compared to AMD (main reason why i still choose nvidia)
Cons: - doesn't have usb type c - only one HDMI ? (actually most of current RTX got only one)
Overall Review: - it has only one 8 pin power connector.... it maybe advantage for someone who has PSU with only one 8 pin connector... but i suppose it may overload one line if you try to overclock. - card power consumption while gaming - 170 to 175W, idle - 20-30w - i have a feeling it has regular TU106-400 chip (not overclocking version TU106-400A), due to one 8 pin connector and lower price, however you can still overclock. i don't want to remove radiator for a while to keep warranty - i'll update review if i notice something else, at the moment card used for two days only and im happy with performance
GS66 + 2060
Pros: Good screen, slim design, all fast usbs, good battery for avarage use. It doesnt really look like "gaming" and doest draw too much attention at work and office. At the same time its fast enough to launch some games. ...added second 500gb ssd
Cons: Can be loud in games without undervolting cpu (3fans...)
Overall Review: Probably i could get something faster for this price... but it got all features i wanted.
Its ok if you can get one
Pros: Decent cooler, temps stay below 70°c(stress mini itx case)
Cons: VRM power same as on reference 3070, dont expect overclocks without consequences
Overall Review: No issues after 1month... noticable performance improvement compared to my previous 2070...
OLOy 32GB (2 x 16GB) 3600 CL18
Pros: - price was low during sale - it got some sort of Samsung memory chips - it didn't require any bios tweaks - just loaded regular xmp profile - it is actually small (about height of G.skill riplaw V) - It works with R7 3700X on asus B450-i and Asrock B550M pro4 motherboards. And it works with i7-8700 @ 2666mhz on B360 motherboard...
Cons: - it was pretty hot during memtest86 (i believe 62°C) - high timings (18-22-22-42 3600mhz)... I have another G.skill memory kit 8+8=16gb (14-14-14-34 3200mhz) and it gives better results in games/synthetic tests... and i could overclock G.skill to 3600Mhz with same timings!... However 16GB was not enough for my tasks, so i bought oloy 32gb - I dropped one egg because It doesnt work with Athlon 200GE at any settings - just black screen. I wonder why it doesnt boot at least @ 2133mhz? my regular hynix green stick DDR4 2666 works fine with 200GE...
Overall Review: it gives me mixed feelings... I'll test later with some zen 3 cpu
16GB
Pros: i didn't do many tests yet, however it runs much faster than my old usb flash sticks. Windows 10 installation was pretty quick
Overall Review: There's nothing special about it, i hope it wont die fast.
ASRock B550M PRO4
Overall Review: Overall im satisfied with purchase. Last year i bought B450M-pro4 40% cheaper than current B550m Pro4... It works without any issues with R7 3700x, 8+8=16gb ram 3200mhz CL14 - regular xmp
Ordered multiple items. Led fan from this seller came first.
Its good
I purchased case during holiday discounts. It arrived fast and free. Decent packaging. I would buy again next time.
